nice condo, poor management

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Bad news, Loudspeaker blared warning to "trespassers", 2/4 nights, not much sleep. Talked to front desk and called the manager. We were told "it's not our problem, call the marina". Poor management, nice clean condo.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were disappointed that the water taxi did not travel to the island before noon. We like to go to the beach in the morning. There were only 2 restaurants to choose from. Our Villa had worms on the floor. We got little red itchy bites allover our bodies. There were bugs in the couch. The shower came out in a blast -no end on it.

良かった点 : チェックイン、ロケーション

Little disappointed

Check in was very simple. The surrounding property, restaurant and pool area was wonderful. The unit itself, upon arrival it had a very musty, old smell. We opened the doors trying to air out. Furnishings are very tired and in need of some updating as well as the appliances. No internet , my husband was trying to work a little one morning and had to take his laptop to the pool area. Really enjoyed the water taxi over to Rum bay restaurant for dinner. Everyone at the Marina was very friendly and welcoming. This was our first VRBO experience, won't be our last but will definitely be more diligent about my research. We picked this location because it was near friends we were visiting.

A second great stay at this condo in a beautiful setting

A very well kept pool with friendly neighbors. Additionally, condo conviently located to gulf beaches, retail establishments, restaurants, and not to mention just a short jump to Boca Grande.

A fabulous place to stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spent two wonderful weeks at Harbortown. Condo was spotless and very well kept by owners as well as the Home Owners Association. Additionally, the property management team does a great job at handling all details of the stay. The location between the marinas provides a great view and the pool and club area very nicely kept. Amenities including Palm Island facilities just perfect including water taxi and Rumbay and Leverock’s restaurants. . Boat owners and other condo guests and owners all very friendly and welcoming, can’t wait to go back.

Expensive Small One Bedroom Convenient Marina Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit 1113 was extremely clean and the management team at Palm Island Resort very helpful and professional. For the price paid for a 1 bedroom/1 bath we expected the unit better stocked. The screened lanai is lovely, though the large liveaboard boats in the Marina block the view from this unit and it can be quite noisy at times. Pool and nearby Leverocks restaurant both fabulous and Publix just a couple miles away. Overall enjoyable month long stay.
