Crystal blue waters and pristine beach are perfect for swimming, shelling and finding shark teeth-there is no hassle of driving and parking.

This residence invites you to embrace coastal living, with every detail crafted for your comfort and relaxation. Indulge in waterfront luxury with the beautiful pool, hot tub, covered lounging and clean bath house. Your escape is nothing short of picturesque, a retreat in the heart of coastal paradise.

Top floor condo boasts the convenience of both an elevator and stairs, making access easy and comfortable for everyone. Whether you're here for a relaxing getaway or an adventurous vacation, our space provides the perfect setting for your stay.

Nice stay

The unit was in very nice shape, was very clean and was very adequately supplied. Sara was very nice and helpful! I had my 14 year old son and his friend with me for a couple of days of fishing and we had a great time!

Wonderful marina condo

Contemporary, nicely appointed top floor condo.(There is good elevator) We really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony watching the boats. The host was very helpful & great with communication. The tv was easy to use. Couch & bed were very comfortable. Every spotless clean. We would definitely stay here again & highly recommend.

Boca Grande, just a few miles North, is particularly renowned for its upscale yet charming, laid back vibe.
