Prepare to be mesmerized by Seagaze located on Great Guana Cay, sitting directly on the Sea of Abaco and 250 yards to the Atlantic Ocean, this beautiful vacation rental looks out over the tranquil and turquoise waters of the island. Reserve this luxury property for a relaxed holiday with family or a fishing, snorkeling getaway with friends.

Seagaze has everything you’d expect from a seafront property, from a beautiful infinity pool, outdoor bar, and luscious landscape. Inside, you’ll find an open floor plan that invites you to the living room which is a natural gathering place, paired with plush leather sofas, dining table for eight, and fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, it will be hard to leave.


Steps away, for an additional $500.00 per night, there is a detached studio apartment with a queen bed.

Bursting with functionality and comfortability, Seagaze can easily accommodate 10 guests. This 4 Bedroom 3 Bath home stands out with three king bed rooms and one bedroom with a queen bed and an additional bunk bed, providing plenty of space for rest.
Note: 2 Additional guest can stay with the apartment rental for $500 per night.

Arrive by the seas and dock steps behind your home. The dock is 65.8' long and a beam width of 20' , accommodating nearly every size boat. There is water and power on the dock for your convenience. A chest freezer is available to instantly freeze all your day's catch. Once there, relax on the covered patio where the Abaco breeze is always fresh, read a book on the day swing, snorkel in the cove or take a short walk to the nearby beach.

While Seagaze may feel like your own private retreat, it’s not far from dining and shopping options.

No Pets. No Smoking. No Nudists. Golf cart rentals are necessary for transportation on Guana Cay, and insurance is required. Wifi is available.

Flight to Marsh Harbor or Treasure Cay and ferry/boat to Guana Cay are necessary for this rental. Golf cart rental on the island.

PERFECTION!!! Our stay here was amazing! Beautiful and clean home! The owner, Beth, was great with communication. The housekeeper was so lovely. She shopped for us and had the groceries ready when we got there. She cooked a delicious meal for us one night and was so sweet and we really enjoyed the meal and her company. We loved Great Guana Cay. It was a great central location and we hope to be back soon!

Ah-mazing!! Sooooo good!

Seriously best house I have ever rented in the Bahamas and I have been visiting and renting houses for over 20 years (not sure how I could be that old) anyway, house was perfect, pool was amazing after hot days on the boat! Dock was ideal for our 37 foot boat with power & water. Caretakers were super friendly and helpful and the host, Beth, was fantastic in so many ways!! Our family truly had a magical time!

Seagaze

The ocean view from the house is stunning and exactly as depicted in the listing. The area is quite and feels very safe. Kitchen was fully stocked and house was spotless when we arrived. Beds were very comfortable and bedding was resort quality. House was well decorated and furniture was really comforatble. We loved this location, the house, deck and views! One of our best family vacations in the Abaco's! Thank you Beth, Willy and staff.

Fantastic

We just spent New Years week at SeaGaze and it was amazing. The location on Guana was perfect. Easy to get to the market as well as Nippers and Grabbers. We boated every day to different islands and felt that we were very centrally located. The house itself was everything we wanted and more. Very clean, well stocked, comfortable and a view to die for. We watched the sunset every night and it was amazing! The island staff was easy to get ahold of and responded to our request quickly. We highly recommend this home. We'll be renting again!

Wonderful place to stay

We had a wonderful time at Seagaze. The house was beautiful. We loved the pool and the cove, the back porch was a great hang out spot for our family and the view was spectacular. The owner has very thoughtfully set up the house and we appreciated the use of the pool floats and snorkel equipment. We were especially thankful for the deep freezer in the laundry room because the freezer in the kitchen had been left full of things by previous guests. The house was also stocked with a few drinks and snacks, which was nice, but left little room for our groceries. It is clear the owner takes great pride in their home and making sure guests have everything they need. We thoroughly enjoyed it and hope to have the chance to make it back there soon.

The Perfect Place

This house was incredible…. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious with high quality mattresses and linens. Main house is open and perfect for family gatherings. Back porch was so amazing and the furniture was so comfort and fell asleep there twice. The infinity pool is the best place for nightly sunsets or cooling after after fishing.. The staff the owner has are wonderful people who were very helpful throughout our stay. We came by boat and they were waiting for us at the dock and helped with all of our bags. Location of the house is perfect.. if you new to the Abacos Great Guana is ideal place to explore everything on all of the islands and you can walk or take a quick golf cart ride to Nippers and Grabbers Lastly .. the owner is just awesome.. what she has done and continues to do for the Abacos is inspiring
