However, I am truly sorry to learn that several aspects of your experience did not meet expectations. This is certainly not the standard we strive to provide, and I regret the inconvenience it caused—especially given the added stress of your travel disruption. I am also very sorry to hear about your daughter’s experience upon arrival, as all guests should be treated with courtesy and respect at all times. I am equally concerned to hear about the issues within the condo, including the odor, bedding condition, kitchen supplies, and the sprinkler disturbance.
