This beautiful Craftsman style home in downtown Lewes is ready for your vacation rental! An open floor plan and updated amenities will ensure a comfortable space for your relaxation. Enter into the light filled living room which is adjacent to the kitchen and dining area. This floor also has the Primary bedroom with King bed and private bathroom. A half bath is located on this level as well.

The second floor has an additional two bedrooms - one with a Queen and one with a set of Twin beds. These room share a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The rear yard has a patio for your outdoor enjoyment.

Conveniently located close to the downtown Lewes area with shopping and dining.

All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.

Dog or Cat friendly with a non-refundable fee and signed addendum.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely house and terrific stay with the exception of the twin beds. The twin beds each have a metal frame that has duct tape holding one of the frames in place. Our family found them to be very uncomfortable. This is unfortunate, a lovely, well appointed house is mared by such a basic but essential requirement, comfortable beds. We will avoid renting this property again because of the this issue hence the low rating on general condition.

Nice Home & Great Vacation in Lewes

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a lovely, very comfortable home in Lewes. Our two families - son, daughter-in-law, and kids, and my husband and I - thought this home was very nice, well-furnished, well-stocked kitchen, off-street parking, etc. Close to shops in Lewes, including an easy walk there. Loved taking our family’s 2 dogs with us to this property. Great park with a pond is short distance from the home and we walked our dogs there every morning and evening. Cape Henlopen State Park is nearby and we loved biking and going to the beach there. Very nice stay at this well-maintained, nicely renovated home in downtown Lewes.

Nice place

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Walking distance to town. Updated appliances, well kept house. A few cons- small yard for pets, backs up to parking lot with a lot of activity, heavy traffic on road, furniture was not real comfortable. Overall it was a nice stay though.
