The City of Palm Springs Vacation Rental Guidelines:
- No amplified music outdoors or loud parties are allowed at any time, per city ordinance.
- Outdoor quite hours: 10pm to 10am
- Max overnight guests: 8 adults and 2 children
- Max daytime guests: 12
- Max cars at the property: 4
- Primary renter must be at least 25 years old
- The city requires an additional signed contract, which will be sent to you shortly after booking

They are intended to help create peaceful neighborhoods in which rentals exist. Any violation of these rules is subject to immediate eviction from the property and fines from the city. HOUSE RULES:
Please review these additional rules to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay:
- We love our four legged friends, but out of respect for all of our guests pets are not allowed.
- No smoking anywhere inside the home. Subject to $1500 fine.
- Please collapse the umbrellas any time they are not in use (wind hazard).

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
Pool Heat
The pool is heated to 86 degrees upon request with an additional fee of $75/day. Please let me know at least 48 hours prior to your arrival if you would like to heat the pool (recommended October-April). Pool is heated 8am to 8pm.

Safety & Security
In an effort to maintain a secure premise, the home is equipped with exterior security cameras to monitor main entry points. The cameras are ONLY on the exterior of the home; there are no cameras on the interior.

Disclosures
- The owner is not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness occurring during the stay.
- Renter shall cover any damages made to the property during his/her stay and shall keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
- Swim at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty.
