Casa Colonial, Cozumel’s Villa Zapote;
Villa Zapote is 1 of 4 uniquely designed villas nestled inside a large, lush tropical garden with heated pool, Mexican Pavillion Dining area, Housekeeping, designated SCUBA area with shower, rinse tank & rack, thatched-roofed BBQ area with seating, free parking & wi-fi and more. Our guests love the small, tame free-roaming turtles that inhabit the garden!
Villa Zapote consists of two levels. The first level contains a living room, dining room kitchen and half bath. A personal washer and dryer are situated next to your kitchen.
The second level consists of two bedrooms, each with their own private baths. A King-sized bed is in the master bedroom and a queen-sized bed is contained in the second bedroom (for comfortable sleeping arrangements, a portable bed is found in the master closet). Each villa is 1,200 s.f.
Villa Zapote’s rate includes up to 4 guests or 5(additional charge applies). If you require multiple villas for your group, please contact us, and we will make the arrangements with you.

Casa Colonial is located in the heart of San Miguel, the Central zone, with a neighborhood grocery store just down the street; its proximity to Avenida 30th makes walking to some of the most popular local restaurants & taquerias (like the all U can eat Mexican Sunday brunch) & shops easy and fun for guests! Enjoy the flavor of the Island and its warm Mayan people, delicious and diverse local cuisine, fresh fruit vendors and the feel they are truly vacationing in Mexico! For these reasons and many more, we chose to build our hotel here!
