Welcome to Deacon's House, by Music City Magnolia — Deacon Claybourne's actual home from ABC/CMT's "Nashville," walking distance to Nissan Stadium.

This is the one. Deacon Claybourne's house — the actual home from the hit ABC/CMT TV series "Nashville" — is a real vacation rental in East Nashville's Edgefield neighborhood, and it is every bit as good in person as it looks on screen. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a stone fireplace, a chef's kitchen with Viking cooktop, a pellet ice-maker, a wine fridge, and a private backyard with a fire pit. Show memorabilia throughout. If you watched "Nashville," staying here is a genuine full-circle moment.

Beyond the TV history, Deacon's House is one of Nashville's most romantic couples getaways — stone fireplace (decorative/non-working), Viking kitchen, wine fridge, and a private backyard fire pit. Anniversary trips, honeymoons, and quiet East Nashville weekends start here.

The home sleeps 4 guests with a king in the primary and a queen in the guest room. The chef's kitchen is the kind of setup that makes you actually want to cook — Viking cooktop, full appliances, stocked and ready. The stone fireplace anchors the living room with the warmth the show always captured. Out back, the private fenced yard and fire pit are yours for the evenings.

The upstairs of the home is a fully separate, locked owner's storage — private and completely off-limits to guests. You have the main living areas and bedrooms entirely to yourselves.

The Edgefield / East Nashville location puts you close to some of Nashville's best independent restaurants and walkable neighborhood energy. Sky Blue Cafe is 459 feet away. Turnip Truck is 0.2 miles. Fatherland and Butcher & Bee are both 0.6 miles. Lockeland Table is 1.3 miles. Shelby Bottoms nature walk and Shelby Golf Course are about a mile away.

For CMA Fest and NFL games at Nissan Stadium, this is one of the best-positioned rentals in the city — 0.9 miles to the stadium. Broadway is 1.8 miles by car or rideshare. B-Cycle kiosks and Eastside Cycles are nearby for two-wheeled Nashville exploration.

This house was just as advertised and it was so much fun staying in “Deacon’s house”! The house it also nicely located to everything downtown so taking an uber was very easy and smooth.

If you stay here, you kind of get the best of both worlds. You are in a nice residential neighborhood, but with short and picturesque walk over the river, there you are right in downtown Nashville. One other thing – the place has an AMZING shower… you will not want to get out!

We had everything we needed and were very comfortable. We enjoyed the backyard and were super happy that we could walk from the house downtown without too much trouble. A lovely stay.

We had a wonderful stay in Nashville! The location was perfect and made it so easy to use Lyft to get wherever we wanted to go. The house was very clean, comfortable and welcoming, with everything we needed for our stay.It was really hot while we were in Nashville but the A/C worked excellent and kept the house nice and comfortable. We especially loved sitting out on the deck—it was such a nice place to relax and enjoy some downtime in the evening. The kitchen was fully equipped, which was a great bonus and the master shower was absolutely amazing!Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this rental to anyone visiting Nashville. We would happily stay here again!

The property was okay. The front steps have no railing and are difficult to get up and down. The deck also has a couple of broken boards that we put the table over so we didn't trip over them. Our bedroom was clean but the mater bedroom floor was dusty under th furniture. The property has a lot of character but needs some TLC.

Cute little stay.

Deacons house was a fun stay. Small and cozy and in a great centralized location. Everything is just a short distance away. Highly recommended this stay.
