Perfect!

My husband and I loved this place! It’s a great location and felt like home. Teresa was a wonderful host and we had everything we could have needed. She provided great restaurant recommendations and ensured we experienced the best of Falls Church.

Cheerful Cozy Convenient

Terry’s place was exactly as described - it was immaculate, tastefully decorated, and conveniently located to tasty restaurants, shopping and the Metro. I can only imagine the beauty of the perennial gardens surrounding the house as they were asleep for the winter except for a few dahlias Terry had picked for the dining table. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect for our D.C. adventure for two

We so enjoyed our stay!...the peace and quiet, that it was clean and comfortable, bright and roomy, convenient and stocked. Had everything we wanted and more. HGTV inspired shower. Plenty of privacy, beautiful view of backyard flowers. Perfect for our D.C. adventure, with easy access to metro line.

Great Stay

Long weekend stay for our son's college football game. The apartment is very clean, well stocked, items labeled. Nice, quiet neighborhood , very walkable for many things within a short distance, 5 minute drive to the Metro.. Terry is an excellent host, very pleasant, check was easy.

Home away from home

Such a wonderful space and host! Terry had everything set up perfectly for our stay. The lovely, quiet neighborhood was close to everything…. Terry’s home had a beautiful yard with flowers and plants that made us feel relaxed and comfortable. This is where we will stay every time we are in D.C. going forward! Thank you, Terry, for providing us such a lovely home away from home!

DC Getaway

This was the perfect home base for our DC trip. Conveniently located just a short 5 minute drive from the metro station, where you can hop a train to anywhere in the area. The property is clean and cozy and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. Mrs.Terry is awesome! She was quick to respond to any questions and was helpful in telling us how to get to the metro and giving recommendations for local places to eat. We will definitely be staying here during any future trips to the area!

Quick DC Trip

We had to make a quick trip to DC and found this property and it met all of the needs we had for the trip. The home is located in a beautiful residential area, this is a basement level floor in the home. The unit was in perfect condition and excellently clean. The yard is absolutely gorgeous and fully fenced. This property was so incredibly peaceful and quiet. It made for a wonderfully restful experience. Very tranquil and you felt right at home. The bed is wonderfully comfortable. We would definitely try to stay here again on all future trips to the area. I met the owner and had a great conversation, she was extremely pleasant and friendly to talk with.

Hi, I'm a jewelry designer and avid gardener, who loves to be outdoors. Being in the woods makes me happy, and I walk in Great Falls Park and in beautiful Shenandoah National Park regularly. There is so much to explore here in addition to the wonderful monuments and attractions in Washington , D.C. Old Towne Alexandria is a wonderful historic, waterfront town about 15 minutes away, and Georgetown, just over the Key Bridge is a must-see for restaurants and shops.

Our home is comfortable, cozy, newly renovated and centrally located to many sights and attractions both in the City of Falls Church and beyond. Many places of interest are within 15 minutes by car or metro and there are fantastic restaurants and shops in Falls Church itself! It's also centrally located on the Washington and Old Dominion Bike trail which travels over one hundred miles to Washington DC, and to Harper's Ferry. Bring a bike and enjoy your ride.

You will enjoy the beautiful sunlight and garden views as you relax in our apartment. The entrance is around the back and it is totally private. It has been entirely designed for your comfort at the end of a fun filled day seeing the the sights of DC and beyond. The sofa is super comfy and the brand new bathroom is beautiful with a fantastic shower! The entire bedroom in new and features a wonderful hybrid mattress. The property is lovely with large, mature trees, multiple flower gardens and plenty of free parking! It is also dog friendly and has a huge fully fenced yard for your furry friends. The neighborhood is green, leafy and very quiet. There's a brick patio and a fire pit available to you as well as a wood deck. We're sure you will love our "garden beauty" apartment!
