My Wife and I have been life long Cape Cod people. We have had property on the Cape for 30+ years. We love all the Cape offers. There is no place like it, beaches, restaurants, shopping, site seeing, you name it Cape has it. We grew fond of the Yarmouth area as it is the center of Cape Cod with some of the most popular beaches, restaurants, the Ferry to the Vineyard is right down the street and downtown Hyannis is always fun to visit.

This property really has all you would be looking for in a Cape Cod vacation home. It has an amazing Gazebo to relax in on hot summer nights, and outdoor patio with gas grille and outdoor furniture, a relaxing pergola area, a short walk to the beach, beach chairs, and umbrellas, towels, all brand new appliances, new kitchen, tile, painted, beautiful grounds, walk to the Skipper one of my favorite restaurants on Cape Cod. A short ride to downtown Hyannis, and the Ferries to the Vineyard, shopping and restaurants. Close to groceries, mini golf, ice cream, Captain Parkers one of the capes best know seafood restaurants is less than a mile up the street. You will want for nothing in our home. We stock it with everything from paper towels, coffee, toilet paper, shampoo, spices, pots and pans, gas grille, beach chairs, outdoor shower, towels and linens. Just bring yourself, we got you covered. I recently bought this cottage due its location to the beach and completely renovated the home. We are also pet friendly. What more could you ask for in a vacation home. This property was part of the old Tinker Town Properties one of the most sought after rental areas many years ago. Come see for yourself.
