Welcome to Doma Napoli – a historic gem in the heart of Little Italy! This 900 sq ft unit offers everything you need for a great stay, including one assigned parking spot, mini-split AC, a full kitchen, 2 TVs, washer/dryer, and more. Sleep comfortably with one queen bed and two twins. Just steps from the best dining, shopping, and culture Little Italy has to offer!

This unit is located on the first floor of a two-story home and even comes with a pool table for you to enjoy. It's right in the heart of Little Italy, just a block away from Piazza della Famiglia—a charming European-style plaza with cobblestone streets, string lights, and a beautiful fountain that gives it an old-world, romantic vibe. There's plenty of seating where you can relax and enjoy food from the nearby food hall or one of the many surrounding cafés and restaurants.

Just one block away, India Street offers tons of dining options, especially classic Italian spots that serve up delicious, authentic dishes. If you're in the mood for something more upscale, Kettner Boulevard—also known as “Top Chef Alley”—is nearby and packed with restaurants run by celebrity chefs. Every Saturday from 8 AM to 2 PM, the Little Italy Farmers' Market takes over several blocks, offering fresh local produce, flowers, coffee, prepared foods, and handmade goods.

Although we do offer a parking spot, a car is absolutely not required as everything is in walking distance to this gem!

Novel decor with everything you need

A gracious host and helpful management made for an extremely enjoyable stay. Great food and quaint shops close by! Plus we got to brush up on our pool game!

Great location with lots to do

This is a great little VRBO with all the things a family from Montana needed. It is right on the heart of Little Italy. Walking distance to so many things!! Due to location you can catch an Uber very easily as well. We loved the ease of jumping on the Interstate or just traveling the neighborhoods near by. The floor is thin so you can hear lots happening upstairs but there was no late night activity or early morning nonsense. The garbage system of only being available on the morning was foreign to us but talking to the neighbors we figured out a solution. Overall great experience!!!

Fantastic property

This place was perfect for our short trip to San Diego. Great central loation and easy to get to any number of attractions. Property management and the owner were super friendly and we had a great stay.

Amazing location, great hosts

This place is fantastic. The beds were comfortable, it had everything we needed and it was the perfect home base for exploring San Diego. It is a little quirky, but you can't beat the location (you can almost see the Little Italy fountain from the front of the building). It is daylight level (partly below ground), which we didn't mind at all. The parking was just a few steps away on the ground level in a garage next door (super convenient).

Great apartment, location

Everything about the place is great, pool table, kitchen, new air conditioners -- and especially location. Parking is right next door. You don't need a car to get around in Little Italy. Second time, and we will be back again!

Midway Get Away

We were very pleased with our stay! Very clean and well stocked with towels, blankets, etc. washer and dryer a big bonus. My husband LOVES baseball, so we both enjoyed the memorabilia. Luckily nothing Dodgers! Little Italy is basically across the street. We brought our teenage grandsons to visit the Midway and they loved the pool table. Sorry to leave and we will be back.

Great little apartment in great neighborhood

My family greatly enjoyed this apartment and the ease of parking in the garage next door. The neighborhood has tons of restaurants and shops all within walking distance. Don't use a GPS when trying to get there. Just use a map and start further down on Columbus and you will be just fine.

Great house in great SD location

This property was perfect for us: Amazing location in little Italy, two comfy bedrooms, and a fun den filled with sports memorabilia. Check in was easy, amenities were plentiful and the checkout was a breeze. We would definitely rent here again, thank you!

Fantastic location, steps away from Little Italy

Everything was as in the pictures. Had a little issue with water leaking in through the walls but hey it never rains in San Diego, except this time. The owner was extremely responsive and went above to fix and make sure we were satisfied. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Everything about this property is exactly as described…..absolute BEST location, clean, such an easy check-in process, wonderful communication from the host, and your own parking space in the garage next door! We loved it and would definitely stay here again.

Cozy in the city

It was a small apartment, but it had absolutely everything you could want. A fully equipped and spiced out kitchen, laundry room, bedrooms, and a whole pool table. Some nights it was tough deciding if we should go out or enjoy the apartment. But the place was literally a 10 second walk from the heart of little Italy. We got breakfast every morning at the square, and got drinks and ice cream every night. It was so conveniently placed, it was impossible to make excuses about going out

Perfect location

We loved that we could just walk, safely, to reach any food our hearts desired. Easy access to all of downtown and points beyond. We are major sports fans and l Ioved all the memorabilia, each day discovering something new. We hope to come back again.

Perfect location in San Diego

The location is perfect, in the middle of Little Italy. It is a very nice and safe neighborhood. You can walk anywhere from here. For a little more than the cost of a hotel, you can have lots more room in this sporty apartment. The kitchen had all that was needed to cook a Thanksgiving meal. I would definitely stay here again!

Great Location

The location of this unit was excellent as it is close to the Piazza of Little Italy. This is a happening place of the San Diego hot spots. The unit itself has many positive features and amenities conducive for a good nights rest and conveniences. The style is sporty and retro.

Well equipped rental in a great neighborhood

The rental worked out well. Nicely furnished and equipped. Fun baseball themed decor. It is a basement unit so no real views out. It is in the Little Italy vibrant neighborhood so can be noisy on the weekends. Unit was reasonably quiet.
