I do not see that you called in to report any issues our 24/7 Guest Services Team. We have local Property Managers ready to assist with any concerns that are brought to our attention. We are sorry to hear there were no blankets provided and will look into this. We also regret that beach chairs were not available and understand how difficult it can be to bring them when traveling from far away, and we will review this as well.
