Perched on the 8th floor of the Inverness Beach Front complex, enjoy views of the ocean and beach from the oversized balcony, living room, dining area, and kitchen. Wake up to a cup of coffee and take pleasure in watching the sunrise over the ocean and listen to the sound of the waves. Centrally located on the island, a plethora of dining, nightlife, and shopping are all within walking distance.
The comfortable living area is furnished with a plush sofa and a love seat. Light and airy finishes and coastal decor create a tranquil ambiance. The chef in your group will appreciate the fully furnished kitchen with modern appliances. In addition, the kitchen has a drip coffee pot, Keurig machine, coffee grinder, toaster, crock pot, Ninja air fryer, and Ninja margarita blender. After a fun-filled day at the beach and pool, make some popcorn and watch shows on the 44-inch living room TV with Spectrum cable and Netflix. There are splendid views of the ocean from the living room, kitchen, and dining area.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a futon that can be made into a standard size bed. There are TVs in each bedroom. The living room has a very comfortable queen size sleeper sofa bed.
The covered balcony has a dining table for alfresco meals, relaxation chairs with a foot ottoman to take in the ocean and coastline sights. Extra perks include four beach chairs, four beach towels, sand toys, cooler bags, and parking garage.

Excellent location. Fantastic balcony. Wonderful view. Has a couple issues that came up but our hostess had the issues resolved immediately. Communication with our hostess was excellent. Would definitely go back!

Futon was broken so we were not able to fully use. Hot water was limited, after a few of us showered it would get cold. Remote to master bedroom was missing. It was clean and extra items were a plus. Fan, towels, beach toys. Owner was nice and responsive.

Hi Jazmine, I am sorry our condo did not meet your expectations. Regarding the futon, I had the cleaning crew check it this morning, and it opened and laid flat just fine. I wish you would have told me you had problems opening it when you message about the TV remote. The cleaning manager would have opened it for you when she was over and found the TV remote for you. The remote was in the condo.

The Inverness is terrific

We really enjoyed being able to roll out of bed and be on the beach in no time. We had excellent amenities and the condo was a perfect fit.

When we first arrived it was clear that the place had not been cleaned. It was pretty gross; crumbs and smashed strawberries on the floor hair everywhere (in the bed on the toilet sink and drain) windows were cloudy and streaked, there was a dust/sand film on every surface including the floors. It was very disappointing to walk in to, however, after messaging Marybeth she called me right away and scheduled the cleaning company to come back that next morning. They did a good job cleaning, and although the text from the cleaning company was not ideal, Marybeth made it right and she was very pleasant to speak with. We had a great time after that first night!! The view was so beautiful, the beach and pool were amazing, and we enjoyed our vacation. I will say the bed was uncomfortable, but all in all we had an amazing spring break!

I again apologize and I hope the 1 night refund that I offered right away some what compensated for your inconvenience. I can imagine how disappointed you and your family were. Condo was great balcony was amazing. Only complaints beds are very uncomfortable and only 2 half rolls of toilet paper were provide for our stay. Would definitely stay again perfect location if you just want to hang on the beach.

Excellent View & Condo

The condo was as described (the second bathroom is fun to find). The owner is great at communicating and responds quickly when you have questions. The view was fabulous and the beach was great. My family truly enjoyed the stay!!!

Great location with great view. Check-in was painless, plenty of garage parking, and elevators were timely. The unit itself was clean and inviting and we had a terrific “down” weekend, relaxing in the unit and walking to meals. Unexpected fireworks down the beach made for fun viewing from the balcony.

Great place and great view!

Great location, can walk to various locations. Also, beach access very close by. The view and patio also can’t beat. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location

The condo was in a great location. We were able to walk to restaurants and shopping. The beach was great! Owner had all beach supplies available. The condo was surface clean. We had a great stay!
