This was an amazing condo - location was so convenient. Walkable to Center Street for restaurants, bars and shopping. 2 easy beach accesses and they had several beach chairs in the closet to borrow. Communication with host was quick and simple. We had a great time! Definitely will come back.

Nice and rather large condo for our family stay. Very clean upon check in. Was concerned about the sliding glass doors (one inoperable, the other very difficult to open), but host advised that replacements are on their way. Great view and comfortable beds.

Had everything needed for a few day getaway at a great location on the island. Very walkable distance to restaurants and great beach access. Comfortable beds - living room furniture, and great digital streaming options to catch a game or show if need. Would book again!

This place is great! Love the view and the openness of the lay-out. Bedrooms and bathrooms are good size and the beds are furnished with great linens. We would definitely book here again!

The host was easy to communicate with and the house was absolutely stunningly! The kitchen has every type of utensil needed, allowing you to cook and bake whatever there to save money. The location is breath-taking as you are literally a minute walk to the beach/ocean. I am already looking to book another stay here.

Everything was great. We got the entry code early which was really helpful since we had an event to get to in N. Charleston. Everything was clean & well - stocked. Condo setup was great. Highly recommend.

It definitely had an oceanfront view! Beds are very comfortable. I think that the unit needs some attention. The owner should definitely consider having at least one of the baths with a walk-in shower. The runners on the floor kept bunching up making this unsafe for someone older who may be walking with an assistance device or anyone can slip. My sister had a cane so we had to be especially careful.What was with the tape on the floor going into the kitchen? The floor should be fixed. We didn’t have the greatest weather so we spent quite a bit of time on the balcony. That light is atrocious! The cover is broken and dirty. What an eyesore. I think you might give some consideration to having a red light especially during turtle season since guests may want to sit out on the balcony and the turn off the bright lights. The terrace needs to be painted as the paint was peeling and there was a lot of rust. I’m not sure if this is due to a leak on the roof or what. They did have some chairs for the beach but they were full of sand so we rented chairs. Also on the balcony what was with the extra chairs full of sand? The parking space assigned to this unit was really too tight if your vehicle is midsize. If the entire unit is rented you may have trouble finding parking especially during peak season.

We wish we had known about these maintenance items during your stay as we have a dedicated team available to assist with anything needed. We’re especially sorry about the flooring and runners creating a safety concern for your sister. We’ll be addressing these items with our maintenance team, along with the flooring, balcony light, and terrace. We do not supply beach equipment as an amenity, and include this information in the guestbook that is sent prior to check in so our guests are informed on what is included in the rental. Thank you again for helping us identify areas where we can improve the property and guest experience!

Love Folly beach!

This property is in such a nice spot right across from the beach! Very spacious, and slept 7 people perfectly. The place was clean when we arrived! And, the view was wonderful! The only thing I would wish for is a pool, but otherwise a great stay!

Great property!

This was a home run - the location was perfect - right across the beach, quick walk to downtown, easy ride into Charleston, perfect! The condo was great too, clean, well-kept, and awesome views of the beach with all its wildlife. Only thing we missed a little was the lack of channels available on tv...good thing we weren’t spending a lot of time in front of the tv!!

Beautiful View

The view was beautiful and loved hearing the waves rolling in. The condo was very nice and had plenty of room and was stocked with everything we needed. We were at the end of the street so it was very quiet and peaceful. Would definitely come back. Thanks for an awesome stay!!

Beautiful Space

We needed to get away for a few days to escape COVID and just get a change of scenery. This Condo was just what we needed. To sit and listen to the waves at night was perfect. Thank you!
