この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

My husband and I lived there for a while, we loved that place, the whole period of time, even now when we go back there are so much memories.
It is not a big space, but with the high ceiling, the rooms felt much bigger, we both worked from home, it was very convenient, to the groceries next door, a quick drive to red rock and hike, the quiet neighborhood, yet 10 mins to summerline downtown or 20 mins away from the strip for the night life.

SIGHTS TO SEE AND THINGS TO DO
Downtown Summerline - 15 mins (Farmer’s market on Saturdays from 9am -2pm. We enjoy the salsa stand at the center of the market. There's also a coffee booth for some local freshly roasted coffee.)
Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area - 15 mins (Plenty of hiking trails and rock climbing routes)
The Las Vegas Strip - 25 mins (Tons of entertainments for children and adults)
Downtown Container Park - 25 mins in old las vegas area (One of my favorites!)
Springs Preserve - 25 mins
Mount Charleston - 40 mins (Local mountain for hiking. Also a nice escape from the desert heat)
