This Family Pool home has freshly remodeled pool and spa with Pebbletech and new lighting. The backyard is fully fenced. All carpet has been replaced with wood like plank vinyl flooring. 1 guest bedroom has a queen bed, 1 double bed and 1 kingsize bed in the master. Enjoy the electric fireplace and heated spa in the winter and the swimming pool in the summer. (Extra charge to heat pool) RV Parking with hookups and boat parking. Smart TVs in living room and master, internet, Direct TV included. Minutes from Lake Havasu and London Bridge and minutes from the New Riviera’s Marina. Enjoy the night life & dining or off-road in the desert. Laughlin Casinos just an hour away. Parker Strip 45 mins away.

Stay was very good, pool was great so was the hot tub. Need to update the outdoor furniture is old you can feel the bars through the cushions. House was excellent.

Clean well appointed property.Host very responsive. Pool and jacuzzi worked wonderfully. Close to the 95 which is a plus. Would stay here again.

Our stay was wonderful — the home was very clean and comfortable. The only downside was that the patio furniture pictured in the listing was no longer there, and the lounge chairs were broken and unusable. Since we spent much of our time outside, it would have been nice to have seating on the patio.

Lake Havasu, with pool??

We really looked forward to a fun filled vacation and found this house with heated pool. The pool was not good. Huge disappointment.The system that owners had it on was propane and we only heated it one time as it used a half tank of propane for one time. This was an huge tank, maybe 100 lbs or more. After heating it we were told that we can only heat to a certain temp and then must turn heat off.This was a concrete pool and the air temperature was cool so we didn’t even try to heat it again. We did use the hot tub frequently but were not happy about the pool. Would we stay again. Absolutely Not. Carpets in living were very old and buckled. Too many dishes and not enough space for our personal foods etc. The owners were good about getting back to us when we had problems. Lake Havasu is a beautiful city and lots of fun things to do.
