We absolutely loved our stay here. The house was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable right away. The space was perfect for relaxing after long days out, and the overall vibe made it feel like a true getaway. The location was great and made it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. You can tell a lot of thought went into making this a great place to stay. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a warm, peaceful escape.

The hosts were great communicators. They responded quickly. The house was clean. The backyard was really nice. Beautiful pool and spa. The kids loved playing ping pong. The house had all the amenities needed. There is a 5000.00 dollar security that is not refunded until 14 days after check out. I expected to be refunded after I checked out of my two night stay. Personally, I would not rent this house again for that reason. Other than that, the stay was pleasant.

Thank you for the feedback. We’re happy to hear you had a nice stay. When the guest inquired about the security deposit, I reached out to VRBO for clarification, as we had not previously set up the security deposit in this manner. We have since resolved the issue and updated our process. We appreciate the feedback and the opportunity to improve our guest experience.

This home was above and beyond in the pictures and just the same in person! This was our first time in lake Havasu and if I could give it a 10 star I would ! This home was so COZY with such a beautiful view out back at night! We enjoyed the ping pong table every night and late night swims ! The host was spectacular with and questions or concerns in a timely manner! We are looking forward to next years trip and will be wanting this house again!

Wonderful family getaway

We had a great time with our adult children, their significant others and our two dogs. The house was very comfortable and nicely appointed, and everyone loved the backyard and game room. Check-in and check-out were easy, and the owner was very responsive. We all wished we had an extra day to enjoy this great property.

Great relaxing place to stay

This home is situated in a very quiet but friendly neighborhood. The home was very well kept and the kitchen was nicely stocked with cooking pots, pans, and silverware. The beds were comfortable and the space was enough to allow us to get away from each other if we wanted. The pool and spa were incredibly relaxing during the heat of the day or after the sun went down. We didn’t use the game room but that was a really nice addition, especially with an included Xbox. House is close to ATV trails. Be aware the driveway is quite steep and of your trailer is more than 16-18’ long you will find it a challenge to get the trailer up the driveway and turned 90 degrees to park along the garage. Street parking is allowed we were told. Great place that we would stay at again if we come back to the area. Thank you for letting us use your home for our vacation!!

AMAZING!!!! This was the perfect weekend getaway. This place was so much fun for the adults and kids. We all had a great time hanging in the pool and hot tub. Also i have to mention this place had it all when it came to needing things for cooking. I mean everything! that made it so much easier that i didnt have to go out and buy things. The place was clean and comfy. The game room was a big hit also. We will be back here.

We take guest feedback seriously and would like to clarify the circumstances. No concerns were communicated during the stay, and our understanding was that the guest enjoyed the visit. After checkout, we contacted the guest regarding the damaged cornhole set and the cost of replacement. Additional concerns were raised only after this communication, and we were unable to reach an agreement. We strive to handle all matters fairly and professionally while maintaining our property to a high standard for every guest.
