Very quiet townhome located in South Scottsdale with very quick access to the 101 freeway and very close to Old Town Scottsdale. Its a very short drive to Phoenix Sky Harbor airport, great restaurants, night life, shopping, very close to baseball spring training, numerous golf courses, downtown phoenix, the convention center and Arizona State University. Newly renovated 1600 sq ft open floor two story townhome that is in perfect location to enjoy Scottsdale and surrounding area.

Bed and Breakfast & family-owned inns were my favorite places to stay when traveling on short business trips and vacations. In 2018 I stayed in a vacation rental property during one my business trips and I was impressed with the freedom and the convenience of staying in a condo hosted by its owners. Travel has been very different since 2018 for me since I stay in privately owned properties close to where I need to work or vacation, it was even more convenient during COVID since there was the contactless check-in and check-out along with all the concerns of people interaction during the pandemic. I never stopped traveling and continue to travel for work and leisure as I find places to stay hosted by private property owners who welcome travelers into their homes. I finally have a chance to do the same with this property in South Scottsdale, Arizona.

This is a charming two-story townhouse that has been renovated and setup to be hosted for vacation and business travelers. The size of the home with 3 bedrooms with queen beds all located upstairs separated by the open floor plan downstairs with the living room, work-area, dining room and a full kitchen allows travelers to enjoy being at the comfort of a home while away from home. Take advantage of the quiet and peaceful neighborhood and enjoy sleeping upstairs or get together with your family members and cook while enjoying entertainment downstairs. There is also a back patio and a community pool for sun lovers that enjoy sitting outside or to cool off with a dip in the pool after work or leisure activities.

South Scottsdale is very charming and it is conveniently located to all surrounding areas of the city of Phoenix. This property is close to Old Town Scottsdale where travelers often stop to shop and enjoy shopping, restaurants and other weekend events hosted by local businesses. The 101 freeway is less than a mile away from this property which allows you to get to downtown Phoenix, Tempe, Chander, Mesa and Gibert within minutes. Downtown Glendale is a short 22-minute drive from the property, Phoenix Sky harbor airport is 10-minutes away and the convention center downtown is a short 15-minute drive. Take advantage of all the great shopping & restaurants that the Biltmore area, North Scottdale and North Phoenix has to offer with a short drive. There is Major league baseball spring training and world-class golf courses all around the Scottsdale and Phoenix area. Enjoy hiking the Camelback Mountain, Papago Park, the greenbelt trails, biking trail 100, the Phoenix Zoo, the aquarium, the Barrett Jackson Auto Auction & other car shows, the Arabian Horse Show and various casinos all within minutes of driving. Take road trips to Lake Pleasant, to the red rocks of Sedona and Flagstaff all accessible for car for day trips. Come and work at the University, or the many hospitals in the area and many large engineering and semiconductor companies located within minutes from the property.
