Visit Zion in our modern and beautiful five bedroom home! Sip coffee to the Zion mountains and sunrise on our spacious deck, kick back on our comfy sofas with two 65-inch 4K TVs, or snuggle up with our plush comforters and pillows in our cozy, cool bedrooms. We’d be delighted to host you!

—Neighborhood—
We are located in Toquerville, tucked into a lovely and friendly residential neighborhood with stunning views of Southern Utah red rock landscapes and the Zion National Park mountains. A perfect home-base for Southern Utah outdoor adventures, we are located 20 minutes from the entrance of Zion National Park, 20 minutes from St George, 10 minutes from Sand Hollow, 1 hour from Kanab, 1.5 hours from Cedar Breaks and Brian Head, 2 hours from the Grand Canyon, 2 hours from Bryce Canyon, and 3 hours from Lake Powell. 5 minute drive to the closet grocery and gas station, and 10 minute drive to restaurants, food, shopping, and more grocery options.

We have two fully stocked kitchen including:
•Drip coffee maker with coffee grounds, tea, sweeteners, and creamers
•French Door refrigerator
•Oven with gas stovetop

•Any kind of cookware or dishware you will need!
We also have two high chairs and eating essentials for children.

Plenty of fluffy and soft towels are available!

•Large, private and fenced wood patio with two large sectionals with cushions and pillows and two tables to enjoy the beautiful Southern Utah outdoors. Take in the phenomenal view of the Zion red rock mountains!
•Gravel backyard area with wood firepit, lounge chairs, and benches that flip over into tables for outdoor leisure
•Front porch with relaxing bench swing and access to the grassy front yard complete with desert plants and trees

Two washers and dryers available at all times with all laundry necessities.

Single car garage with remote available for use.

—Additional—
Our home has two full kitchens, three living rooms, two dining tables, five bedrooms, and two bathrooms. We have 9:00pm - 7:00am outdoor quiet hours to be respectful of neighbors and city ordinances. We do not allow parties or events.

As this is our personal vacation home that we love and treasure, the quality and cleanliness of our home is absolute top priority, as we do all we can to ensure guests have the best and most relaxing stays in one of our favorite places to be.
