Late Checkout Fee: $50 Mandatory when unauthorized by host.

Undisclosed additional guest fee $50/ night, whether they stay or not.

Lost key fee will be equal to the amount charged by a locksmith plus $25

Very late unauthorized checkout (2 hours or more): Full undiscounted daily rate will be charged, this does not give you permission to stay, it is only a fee.

If you wish to continue your stay you will need to do so formally by requesting to book.

Any refunds that any other affected traveler receives due to your
unauthorized late checkout will be charged to you and payable by you.

Smoking fee: $500 - Zero tolerance

Cleaning fee will be doubled if the home is found in an excessively dirty condition.

We are severely allergic so unfortunately no pets, of any kind including service animals are allowed on the premises due specifically to our health risk. If you are seen or caught on the premises with an animal you will be charged an additional cleaning fee plus $250 fine and be asked to leave.

This is a zero tolerance policy.
