Inside, rest easy on a comfy queen bed with blackout curtains and A/C. Settle into the living and patio seating to read, work, or stream on the Smart TV with fast Wi-Fi.



The kitchenette includes filtered water, a full-size fridge, 2-burner cooktop, coffee maker, microwave, and all the utensils you’ll need. Thoughtful extras: beach towels and two Tommy Bahama chairs—grab and go.

Guest Access:

Enjoy the entire studio plus the property’s lush courtyard and meandering pool. On site you’ll also find a shared Weber gas grill and a washer/dryer. Entry is via a smart lock at the main door. For privacy and security, only registered guests may access the building.



The Neighborhood:

In the coveted Golden Zone, you’re an easy 2-block walk to a wide, sandy beach with gentle surf—great for swimming, SUP, and seasonal kiteboarding. Stroll to cafés, excellent restaurants, art galleries, and boutiques. Don’t miss Thursday’s Art Walk on Lázaro Cárdenas, and keep an eye out for whale watching and baby-turtle releases (Dec–Mar). Be sure to try local dishes like zarandeado fish, ceviches, and aguachile!



Getting Around:

Everything is just a short walk away. MariPaz mini-mart is half a block; Oxxo and a pharmacy are ~4 minutes on foot. Francisco I. Madero street sits one block off the main road with plentiful street parking. Taxis/Uber are easy. Driving times: ~20 min to the airport, 10 min to Nuevo Vallarta, 25 min to Punta Mita, ~35 min to downtown Puerto Vallarta or Sayulita.
