Modern 1BR/1BA with floor-to-ceiling windows framing the Denver skyline and mountain peaks. King bed in the bedroom, Queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Full kitchen with premium appliances — guests say it “had everything.” In-unit washer/dryer, high-speed WiFi, Smart TV. Baby gear available on request (playpen, high chair).
DOG-FRIENDLY:
Up to 2 dogs welcome with $75 pet fee. Sloan's Lake is a 15-minute walk. No cats permitted.
PARKING:
Garage parking available ($25/night add-on) or free street parking. Guests report parking “seemed to work out fine.”
