Welcome to Epsadín LoHi, where we've crafted the perfect blend of cool, contemporary loft-style living and the local Denver vibe for you, the modern traveler.

Each of our lofts is thoughtfully equipped with everything you need for a happy, healthy, and productive stay. You'll find designer-grade kitchens, spacious living areas with impeccable decor, and floor-to-ceiling windows that offer stunning views and bathe the space in natural light (big golden hour vibes, anyone?).

Situated in Denver's best neighborhood, LoHi, our location is unbeatable. Whether walking or biking (there are self-service kiosks nearby), you'll love exploring everything from the Highlands Farmer's Market on Sundays to the city's top restaurants and charming coffee shops. You can easily pop in and out of the condo, diving straight into the local scene.

Our lofts feature a stylish Japandi design, which combines the clean, functional lines of Scandinavian design with the rustic minimalism of Japanese aesthetics. This fusion creates a harmonious space filled with art, nature, and simplicity, perfect for your stay.

Natural sunlight floods through the floor-to-ceiling windows, illuminating the contemporary, cool interiors. Settle into the comfy sectional sofa for some much-needed R&R. If you're a TV lover, you'll be thrilled to know our smart TV comes with a fully loaded cable package, including HBO.

In the master suite, you'll find sleek, contemporary decor and more floor-to-ceiling windows. The en-suite bathroom features a glass-enclosed walk-in shower with readily available shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Plus, a massive walk-in closet is perfect for all your luggage and any outdoor gear you bring.

The kitchen counter seats two, and the dining table seats four more, right in the heart of the open-concept living area. The spacious, Scandinavian-inspired kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make whatever your heart desires! Some of the amenities you will find in this gorgeous space are:
Toaster, coffee maker, kettle, blender, professional-grade knife set, and food storage containers.

Our eclectic Mexico-City-inspired restaurant and tequila tasting room offering handcrafted Dona Loca Espadin Mezcal and delicious curated meals is female-owned and operated by James Beard award-winning chef Dana Rodriguez and CEO Dana Macfarlane. Dona Loca also owns Supermega Bien and Work-and-Class here in Denver.

Inspiring Wellness
Denver is known as one of the healthiest cities in the US, and LoHi is a great representation of why. With a plethora of juice bars, vegetarian restaurants, and fitness/wellness options, including Nurture, a well-care marketplace just a few blocks away, guests can stay on top of their self-care game despite being on vacation.

Hotel wellness events such as weekly rooftop yoga, barre classes, and even ecstatic dance gatherings in the summer are offered as an added benefit for our guests to enhance their (nama)stay.

Community Collaborations
Each specific unit at the Espadín represents a small business in the neighborhood. These forty-four different partnerships allow our guests to have many benefits available while out and about in LoHi- such as discounts and promo codes for food, drinks, wellness, art, etc. In return, this helps to support our local economy and lifts our neighbors. #shoplocal

Local Artist-Inspired
We've collaborated with local artists to create a space for guests that reflects the creative energy of Denver's art community. In our lofts, you will find pieces from Denver-based artists Sam Prudden, Nikita Coulombe, and Becky Pollard. THE LOCATION

Located in Denver's absolute best neighborhood, our central LoHi location allows guests to walk or bike (self-service kiosks nearby) to literally anything and everything. From the Highlands Farmer's Market each Sunday to the city's best restaurants, you will love popping in and out of the condo on the fly to explore the local vibe.

But first, coffee!
There are many coffee shops in the neighborhood, with Coffee for the People being the closest and offering great breakfast burritos and bagels. Method Collective, On and Off, and Novo are also close by and equally as great.

We are also surrounded by the city's best restaurants, which guests have the luxury of traveling to on foot due to our central location. Duo and Root Down for a fresh, farm-to-table dinner, Linger for eclectic tapas, Avante for an assortment of food hall-style meals, Ohana for excellent fresh poke, Rush bowls for a quick acai morning bowl, etc. More options are available on our Insta account page, with local recommendations from our favorite Denver foodies.

Vacation Libations, anyone?
Zuni Street Brewery is just next door and is a very popular spot for locally brewed beers, plus they have live music in the summer! Recess, Avanti, Lady Jane, and Forest Room 5 are great places for vacation libations. For more entertainment options, visit our IG page.

Traveling with kids?
Perfect! There are many kid-friendly activities nearby! Approximately 15-20 minutes away is the Denver Museum of Nature and Science, which boasts epic, educational galleries and an IMAX theatre. Right next door is the Denver Zoo!

Retail Therapy:
The neighborhood has many locally rooted boutiques, such as Rustic Thread, Strut Boutique, Ruby Jane, and Inspyre.

Music Lover:
Red Rocks Amphitheatre is just 20-30 minutes away and is known to be one of the best outdoor venues in the entire world. If you love music or outdoor movies, we suggest checking out their online schedule and purchasing tickets in advance due to strict capacity limits. *Inquire directly about limo/ party bus services.

Connect with Nature:
If you're into mother nature, you will love running, walking, and biking to the many nearby parks- Sloan's Lake is the most popular, followed by Highland Park and Jefferson Park.

We are a 20-30 minute drive from the foothills, which offer endless options for hiking, biking, cross-country skiing, and more. Colorado is known for this, and we hope you take advantage of being so close.
