Sunlit Escape w/ Garage -- Bright 1BR LoHi Loft with Private Balcony

South-facing floor-to-ceiling windows flood this 1-bedroom loft with natural light from morning through afternoon -- the name is accurate. A private balcony extends the space outdoors, and the quiet, safe neighborhood makes it a solid base for families, couples, and business travelers alike.

THE SPACE:
Queen bed in the bedroom. Futon couch (sleep sofa) and Twin Rollaway bed in the living area for up to 5 guests total. 1.5 bathrooms. Full kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, high-speed WiFi. Baby gear available (playpen, high chair, toys). LEED Platinum certified building.

DOG-FRIENDLY:
Up to 2 dogs welcome with $75 pet fee. Sloan's Lake is a 15-minute walk. No cats permitted.

PARKING:
Garage parking available ($25/night). Free street parking also easy to find nearby.

Great location and very nice space

The apartment was very clean and in a great location. The street parking can be a bit tricky but we always found a spot within a block or two
