A Peaceful Hideaway in the Middle of Everything

Looking for something with a little more personality than a cookie-cutter rental? This cozy Clearwater home is comfortable, welcoming, wonderfully private—and full of character.

Set on a huge, tree-filled yard, the home feels like your own little hideaway in the woods, even though you’re just minutes from everything Clearwater has to offer. Wake up surrounded by greenery, enjoy your morning coffee in the peace and quiet, then head out for a day at the beach, exploring Dunedin, catching a baseball game, or restaurant hopping.

And when the day is over? Leave the crowds behind and come home to your own peaceful retreat.

The house itself has the charm and quirks of an older Florida home. The floors aren’t perfectly even, and neither is everything else—and that’s part of what makes this place so lovable. If you appreciate homes with history, personality, and a lived-in warmth, you’ll feel right at home here.

Inside, you’ll find two comfortable beds, one full bath, and everything you need for an easy extended stay. Outside, there’s plenty of room to spread out, enjoy the greenery, and take advantage of ample off-street parking.

Cute and Clean house

The house was very cute and very clean. It was in a great location and easy to get to downtown Clearwater as well as a quick drive to Dunedin. The owner was also very responsive to messages. Overall it was a great stay and I would look to stay here again when in the area.

Short trip

Adorable bungalow. The quarks make it so charming. The wonder had little extras out for us to use, the beds were comfy and it was centrally located to all the things we came into town for. Great communication from the owners who were on property as well, which I always appreciate.

Short Stay

The house served its purpose for our short stay. A few rules to follow (no shoes, squeegee the shower) and the owner is on site in an RV around back. A few windows could use a bit more coverage, but overall a nice stay that served its purpose for us and our short stay.

Cozy and charming - close to beaxh

Short 8 minute drive to Clearwater beach! Second bedroom is very small and not very private from the main bedroom but worked for us! Owner was easy to get ahold of us! Mini fridge only as an FYI.

Weekend in Clearwater

Used this VRBO to attend Clearwater Invitational and Lightning Game. Location is great for doing things in Clearwater/Tampa. Old, small but cozy for one or two couples or a small family, reminds me of the house my grandparents owned. Only minor drawback is bathroom has door gaps. I will definitely try to get this place again if I need to stay in Clearwater again.
