A comfortable and artistic character home in the quiet, safe, tree-lined residential neighborhood of Point Grey.
1,850 square feet on two levels. The main level has living room with large bay window looking out to Vancouver's famous mountains; dining room with expanding round table (perfect for those dinner parties); master bedroom with a comfortable pillow top king bed, kitchen (see description below); newly renovated bathroom and a peaceful den with large flat screen TV and sofa bed.
The ground floor level has a large open office with a wrap-around work station and printer provided; a family area with sectional couch and TV; queen & double bedrooms, artistically tiled bathroom with shower and a laundry room with new washer & dryer.

Active and retired artistic loving couple who have travelled extensively. Both of us have had exceedingly interesting careers and are now enjoying the opportunity to explore different cultures, people and languages.
この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由
We take great pride in maintaining what many would consider a Vancouver heritage house on a beautiful tree-lined street. Also, we have decorated our home with artwork from our travels and a collection of eclectic paintings. We are definite "foodies" and have a kitchen that supports our appreciation of cooking and baking. Our back yard is green and private and receives the south sun making it a great place to relax.

Located in one of the quietest neighbourhoods of Vancouver (Point Grey) yet within 20 minutes by car from downtown Vancouver. An 8 minute walk to the forested 2100 acre, "Pacific Spirit Park". A pleasant 15 minute walk and you will be at one of the most beautiful beaches on the west coast, Spanish Banks. Close to a public golf course and the University of BC which boasts a renowned hospital and the Museum of Anthropology.
