This ocean inspired home / apartment is your perfect getaway. Fully furnished with everything you need for a peaceful and enjoyable stay, in quiet & safe neighborhood.
The space
Step free entry. The entire guesthouse is on one level with hardwood floors throughout . Tile flooring is in the kitchen , bath and laundry room. Huge walk in shower, walk in closets. Fully equipped kitchen . The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer an iron and ironing board. The private deck is overlooking a tranquil wooded area for a relaxing evenings or for dining al-fresco.
Guest access
The guesthouse is located in a safe family neighborhood. Plenty of space for parking in your private driveway. Publix grocery store, Walgreens drug store, liquor store, restaurants and nail salon in walking distance.
Other things to note
Coffee and tea station included. Flat screen televisions in every room ; premium networks included. First aid kit provided. Babies are welcome! High chair, baby bath tub, and a playpen/ crib provided. Patio furniture cushions are available for you to use during your stay and are stored in the cabinet in the office. Please return them to the cabinet after using. Lock patio doors by lifting the doors handle up as you turn the lock.

This place was impeccable and well appointed much larger than we even imagined from the photos online. It's a beautiful place nestled up against a wooded area with easy access to all the things. Chattanooga offers. This is an A1 plus plus experience and definitely something we'll repeat when we come to visit family again!

Amazing apartment/ home

This location was exactly as listed and beautiful. More than perfect for what we needed for our stay. Highly recommend and if we ever have a reason to travel to Tennessee again we would definitely like to stay here again.

This apartment is beautifully appointed and the host was very attentive. The kitchen was full of wonderful surprises -- lovely glassware, great appliances with a drip coffee maker as well and a pod coffee maker, full compliment of cookware and serve-ware. Plentiful toiletries in the bathroom. It a wonderful stay and I will be renting this lovely place on my next visit to this area.

Our stay could not have been nicer! We were looking for a property with no stairs that was not in the city, but close enough to see the sights. We found it! Our host was very nice! Her home was just as advertised. Very clean and well appointed. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property!

Hilly start great stay & finish

Overall great home and location. The driveway is steep especially arriving at midnight. Recommend some additional lighting there. Highly recommend if in the Chattanooga area its a quiet and peaceful spot. Very nice home!

Beautiful location

I wanted a place that would not only be a home base for exploring Chattanooga but also a place that would be comfortable for my husband and I to just relax and watch movies in between our adventures and this place was great. The couches were super comfortable (we want a sectional now!) and the tv had plenty to watch. The kitchen had full-size appliances, everything we needed to stay in and there was a Publix barely 5 minutes from the house. The apartment had so many nice windows and a large deck. The ceilings were high and the living room/dining room was spacious. I recommend it for a clean, comfortable and private space.

Will Always Seek This Property First

My family really loved the space. It was located in a nice area, (secluded but close to everything), it was clean, very nicely decorated, and spacious. The host responded very quickly to questions, check-in was seamless, and expectations were clearly explained. We were so pleased- this will always be my first choice and the property I will recommend to anyone visiting from out of town. 10/10 easily!!! I never met the host, but I could feel through our text and emails, she is a warm and caring person. Wonderful experience!

Everything was absolutely perfect!!!

From the moment you arrive, you can tell that Sana cares a lot about her guests and their comfort level. The place was cozy, clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The balcony was so relaxing and we enjoyed having our morning cup of coffee there. There was plenty of space and everything was decorated so lovely! Sana was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed and happy. She was always available to answer any questions and even left some delicious snacks and drinks for us. This was one of the best VRBO experiences we have ever had and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

Very clean and comfortable stay!

Sana’s home apartment is comfortable and extremely clean, with beautiful furnishings and plenty of space, especially if you need a work area. The home is on a cul de sac and has walk out balconies on each level, and the rental unit has its own driveway that splits off from the main driveway. We stayed for a 4-night weekend but didn’t spend too much time there since we were visiting family in Ooltewah. My favorite things include: cleanliness, simple check-in and check-out; all the little details you might need like coffee and condiments, a step-free, one floor apartment for the grandparents who were traveling with us and plenty of space for privacy.Our only obstacle was the driveway was a little steep for the grandparents to navigate in our vehicle, so we didn’t leave them with our car to commute as we intended. That just comes with the beautiful hills of TN. and is common in many areas.I would highly recommend this rental. Thank you!

Beautiful home; ugly experience.

The listing is as pictured. The listing was clean but there were some issues that I told the host about the next morning after check in. 1.hair in both beds. 2.clothes in the dresser from previous guests. 3. Food in the freezer from previous guests. 4. Advil or some pain reliever on the floor by bed. Sana apologized for the issues but was very confrontational and offended about the housekeeping complaints. It was very upsetting but we stayed anyway because we didnt want to start over somewhere else.

This person was my first VRBO guest. I had taken extra measures to make sure my place was spotless and even cleaned the unit myself! . She and her guest arrived after midnight. having driven from Texas. She told me the following morning she had “found” one hair under the sheets of both beds and had stayed up all night doing laundry, which I found to be unbelievable! She also showed me a pill ( Advil liquid gel capsule) she had “found” behind a night stand and asked me if the previous guest had any infectious diseases, which is absurd!!!!! She showed me a bag of frozen corn and some ice cream supposedly left in the freezer and a clean t-shirt and pair of shorts left by a previous guest in one of the numerous drawers . I apologized for all of her complaints and offered to refund her money if my unit did not meet her expectations or her standards and offered to permit her to cancel her stay with me and to leave, with a full refund . This guest had an attitude and left me with the definite impression she was angling for a free stay. I would Not recommend her to any host and I would definitely never have her back. I have my property listed on another popular site and have over 50 5 stars reviews in the slightly more than one year I have been in business. I would like to also add when they checked out , they switched the thermostat from “Cool “ to “Heat “ to be spiteful and ugly.
