Just before Christmas week in AMI

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

Everything was great! There were no issues upon entering the property. It was plenty roomy for the two of us, and had been very thoroughly cleaned. Other than one temporary wifi glitch, I didn't even have to reach out to the folks at IVP for assistance. The kitchen is well appointed, and included most of the basics for a home away from home. The living area furnishings were comfortable, along with a large TV to catch up on football games. We both also thought that the king bed was one of the more comfortable ones we could recall in a vacation rental. The heated pool was well maintained, and clean. And with the Gulf just across the street - it's hard to beat the location. When we visit AMI, we only work with IVP - they are easily the best. Thanks again
