Nestled by the Harbor, this condo offers unbeatable views and easy access to nearby attractions, dining, entertainment. Whether you're looking for a peaceful getaway or an adventure-filled stay, this location has it all.

Bedroom: Features a custom-built queen bed with convenient storage drawers, electric fireplace for cozy evenings, and a smart tv for your entertainment.
Livingroom Area: Relax on all leather furniture, including a queen sofa sleeper with a memory foam mattress for extra quests. Turn on fireplace while watching your favorite show.

Kitchen: Oversized and fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, custom ice maker, plenty of cooking spices, utensils, and more- ideal for preparing your favorite meals.

Bathroom: Recently updated with contemporary finishes.
Laundry: Full size washer/dryer

Free WIFI and smart tv for streaming your favorite shows.

Pets are allowed. A $100 nonrefundable fee. They have to show proof of rabies vaccination and the security shack charges $10 per dog. No cats allowed or other animals.

Do not bring trailers, U-hauls, jet ski trailer or boats as they will be towed without notice.

I do a complete inventory count on check out day. Please be respectful and keep in mind that I do provide kitchen essentials. Please be kind and leave these items for next guests' use. If any items show up missing on check out day, I will deduct replacement costs from your security deposit.

Golf Cart- There is a golf cart that can be rented with this unit. We do need to see proof of driver's license, proof of insurance and also a release that you are held liable for any damage to the golf cart, accountable for any accidents that you or others are involved in. No one under the age of 18yrs is able to drive this. Please provide an email to send over this contract. There is a $250 fee for rental of the golf cart. PLEASE MAKE SURE the golf cart is charged, cleaned and not damaged .

Release of liability must be signed before use of kayak. You Must wear a life jacket per Florida Law. Minors must be with an adult.

Everything was 5-star! I have never felt this “at home” away from home. The host is the most thoughtful owner I have ever encountered. It was the little touches that made this place so warm and comfortable. Use of the golf cart was fabulous, convenient and most appreciated. If this condo is available, we will be for all our Destin trips! Thank you for making this the most amazing week.

Winter break

A few days here provided a nice break from our northern plains winter. We had a lovely view of the harbor from our deck. A very clean and comfortable place to stay. More to do at Sandpiper than we had time for, we will need to plan a longer stay in the future. It is close to the beach and all needed services in Destin. I think the description and photos depicted the accommodations very well. We definitely recommend this to others.

Amazing view

This home away from home was beautiful very clean and exactly as it was shown. Had everything we needed. The view from the deck is spectacular. Tim was so helpful and very nice. Highly recommend this cozy place for a couples getaway vacation.

Amazing condo with everything you could need

The condo is the perfect size and beautifully decorated with tasteful touches everywhere you look. It’s extremely clean and stocked. The beach service and golf cart made it extremely easy and fun to enjoy the beach and explore the property. Tim and Becky were very responsive and helpful throughout the stay. We will absolutely stay here on our next trip to Destin!!!! Loved it!!

Great weekend

We had the best time staying at this condo! It was so clean and had lots of little details that made our arrival special. We always stay on Holiday Isle but this was our first time at Sandpiper Cove and we loved it! The communication with the owner was very prompt. We were sad to leave!

Perfect condo!

Condo was precious! Well equipped as well as clean. Felt like we were at home. I forgot to buy coffee and was sulking then spotted a container of coffee grounds, filters and all the fixings. Hosts were so attentive and helpful. This is one of the top on my list.

Everything was just as pictured. Very convenient and cozy . Beautiful view of the harbor , great communication with the owners . Would definitely recommend and will be coming back !

Beautiful View

Condo is beautiful as well as the view! Lovely decorations and very clean. Host was very easy to contact when we had a golf cart issue, and very quick to respond. Loved our stay!

Perfection!

The condo is perfect! Very thoughtfully designed with no detail left undone. Views from the balcony are so peaceful, and beach is a quick walk (or golf cart ride) away. So glad to have experienced this property and will definitely be back!

Great times had

The property was beautifully decorated, clean, fully equipped with anything you could need. And we got lucky and got to check in early!! We’ve come to Sandpiper cove many times before but never stayed in this unit. I normally rent beachside but myself and my kids will be back to this specific unit due to everything it has; the water views, golf cart and beach service, to name a few were worth it. The owners were very attentive and responsive. Thank you Tim and Becky!

Excellent!

Throughout the entire stay, the owners provided excellent communication to ensure we had a smooth check-in and comfortable stay - and we did! The condo was very clean, comfortable, well decorated and was stocked with all the necessary supplies. We enjoyed the added service of a golf cart that was just a short ride to the beach. The back deck has a fantastic view, which we enjoyed the Fourth of July fireworks from. Great pickleball courts, swimming pools, chip/putt 9 hole golf course and restaurant on site. The condo is close to all Destin offers. We comfortably enjoyed the condo as a family of four with two adult kids. Highly recommend and hope to be back again!

Beautiful Condo with Exceptional Hosts

8-Year Anniversary trip with just myself and my husband. We had the most incredible stay at this VRBO condo! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beauty and cleanliness of the place. It was evident that every detail was carefully thought out, and the condo was fully stocked with all the necessities, making our stay incredibly convenient. But what truly set this place apart was the exceptional hospitality of the hosts. They were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Any questions we had were promptly answered, and their warmth made us feel right at home. One of the highlights of our stay was the golf cart provided by the hosts. Not only was it a fun way to explore the area, but it also made trips to the beach hassle-free, as we didn't have to worry about getting sand in our car. Overall, we had zero issues during our stay and were able to thoroughly enjoy our vacation thanks to the wonderful accommodations and the hospitality of the hosts. We highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

Old Time Destin - Birthday Retreat

This was our 6th trip to Destin and by far our most enjoyable. It was our first time staying at Sandpiper Cove and we were very impressed with the safety we felt within the community, much more so than other places we've stayed. While we've been to “dog friendly” condos before, our dog Piper loved walking the rounds with us and had ample places to stretch her legs. She also enjoyed the privacy of the back porch, where she could watch birds like she does at home. The amenities were genuinely dog-friendly, making her feel welcome. Out of our 6 trips to Destin, this is the first unit that felt more like “home” rather than just a weekly rental. The owners' renovations gave it a cozy, inviting, and well-decorated "home feel." The owners were friendly and helpful. Renting a “dog friendly” condo from “dog people” made a big difference. The golf cart was a lifesaver, providing stress-free beach access without the hike. We easily washed clothes before heading home thanks to the in-unit washer and dryer. The well-maintained pools and easy access to our favorite local restaurants enhanced our stay. Sandpiper Cove's welcoming and relaxed community made us feel right at home. We would absolutely stay at this same rental with our dog Piper again. We've taken her on many trips, and this was easily her favorite. Our entire family had a fantastic time, and we can't wait to return!

Our first vacation in 10 years!

The last time my daughter and I saw the ocean, she was 3 years old. (She is 13 now.) We were completely BLOWN AWAY by our host’s attention to detail. You will fall in love with all of their amenities. We cannot thank them (and VRBO!) enough. We hope to return again soon. You must book this location. There are zero complaints or regrets.

Great Stay!

We were in town for a family members wedding at Kelly Plantation. Condo was perfect for out stay! The location was perfect...nestled in the back but the golf cart made it easy to get around. My kids LOVED the golf course on the property. The unit was very nice and had everything that we needed. The owners were very responsive when we had a few questions. Would definitely stay here again when in the area.

We loved sandpiper cove and the condo! In a great location and was veryy up to date and clean. The golf cart and beach chairs were a great bonus and Becky was great with communicating and checking on us. Can’t wait to stay again!
