Very nice home, has lots of stairs and home needs some cleaning and TLC but it's a beautiful home and we were able to enjoy our stay luckily there was one bedroom downstairs. If you have a big family you could definitely enjoy this property.

Host was very responsive about isssue we had with TV when we arrived. However, I could not recommend staying here. There were spider webs and spiders all around front door, couch in middle floor was filthy. We didn’t spend any time in that room it was so disgusting. Pictures on site are deceiving. Needs a very deep cleaning and basically looks like a frat house. I have stayed at many places & always give honest reviews. Have never given a review below a 4.

Lots of space for our big family, it was really great to not have kids arguing over bathrooms or beds! We will definitely use this as our home bassoon the next trip down!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The home was well suited for our group and the lower apartment turned out to be perfect as a separate space for activities. The host was responsive and everything was as expected. The location was quiet yet reasonable to "historic Roswell" and very convenient to stores. We would absolutely recommend Tara's property to anyone with a large group looking to stay in the Roswell area!

We traveled down from Michigan and booked this beauty. The house looks just as described online. Very spacious with tons of privacy. The host stayed in communication and gave great instructions on how to maintain the unit during our stay. Thanks again!

This was a flawless rental for our family. We had 5 adults and 2 kids. The house was PERFECT! The communication and instructions could not have been better. We are definitely renting again when the next occasion arises!

This place is just amazing. The place was emaculately clean and even better than the pictures. The layout was definitely a plus for me. I especially enjoyed descending down the stairs from the upstairs bedroom lolThe host was great, super fast responses and I never got the feeling they were hovering like has become the norm for far to many host.If you are looking for a quiet place with plenty of space for your family or group I highly recommend this rental.

This house was amazinzing! We had a small rehearsal dinner at the house one night and everyone loved the house and its amenities! There is so much room and its close to anything you need! I can't wait to stay here again!

This home was the perfect venue for 5 adults; each had our own bedroom with four bathrooms and two large kitchens in such a beautiful setting. Well stocked -they thought of everything. The big dining table and breakfast bar/isle were great for gathering to eat and drink and play cards. Would love to return and explore this beautiful area.
