Welcome to City Link Atlanta! This 3 bedroom 2 bath bungalow is located just 4 miles west of downtown in Atlanta's Grove Park District. Only 10 minutes to the GA Aquarium, Mercedes Benz Stadium, GA Tech, State Farm Arena, Coca Cola Museum and Centennial Olympic Park. And just 15 minutes to Truist Park, The Battery & Coca Cola Roxy Theatre. Your family and friends will love spending time at this centrally located yet secluded getaway!

Propane tank provided for the grill. Should tank need replacement you may swap it at a nearby retailer. We will reimburse you for this.
All trash must be bagged and securely tied. No open food containers or liquid inside the bins. Trash pickup is every Tuesday morning.
Guests will receive a starter pack of supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, coffee etc). Please plan accordingly.

Overall good place. Few things need to be updated or replaced. We booked this place because of the outdoor space and sadly the grill was not clean and rusty. The grill grates may need to be replaced. Also bed was comfortable but squeaky every time you moved. Kitchen dishes should be looked at and updated. Like we brought a watermelon but there was not a big bowl to put it in. Keurig coffee machine didn’t work right said it needed to be cleaned and we purchased a cleaning kit. Worked better but still not great. Maybe time to upgrade. Most everything thing else was great and communication with the owner was fine. Check in process was great.

I currently live in Roswell, GA and when I'm not doing something in real estate, I enjoy spending time with friends and family going to concerts, shows and restaurants around the Atlanta area. I also love baseball (go Braves) and watching my son play. Atlanta and its surrounding areas are full of so many spectacular adventures and I'm proud to call it home. I have no doubt you will love spending time here!

City Link Atlanta is in the Grove Park neighborhood situated just 4 miles west of the downtown district. The home has been recently renovated with new baths, flooring, paint and kitchen with stainless appliances and granite countertops. The house is situated on a large corner lot with plenty of outdoor space for the kids to play and a private deck off the kitchen with a gas grill and fire pit. And last but not least, its super close to everything downtown Atlanta has to offer!
