Welcome to Royalty Estate, a cozy luxury-style home you and your family will enjoy from the moment you walk into the huge covered patio that will take your breath away. The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac neighborhood, a walking distance neighborhood park., W/D, private driveway. Perfect access to everything 3 blocks from an abundance of restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping stores. The home is centrally located between Downtown Houston, Kemah Boardwalk, & Galveston Island w/instant access to beltway 8, 45 & 610 freeway. You will not be disappointed!!

Wonderful Stay

Our whole family really enjoyed our stay at this property! Everything was very clean and neat. The beds were comfortable and the whole house was decorated very cute. I will definitely stay again if we are ever back in Pasadena!

Great Place!

Our stay was amazing we stayed for one night and had an amazing stay. It is a beautiful little house that’s clean and modern. The location was also perfect with places near us for food, grocery, or anything we need. 11/10 experience :)

Girls trip

The experience we had was outstanding and I highly recommend. The house was clean and very cozy. Very close to shopping and places to eat/drink. I will definitely book again if in that area.

Amazing

Everything was great. The property manager was amazing with everything. Everything was accessible. The manager was great with hospitality and communication. I will definitely recommend this stay to others.

Spring break

We had an awesome time at the house. Very nicely decorated. Great quiet neighborhood,Perfect spot for our grandkids spring break. We all really enjoyed the backyard, and we all enjoyed the games provided too.

Visit to SE Houston area

We arrived to find a very clean home. Simple and just what is needed to spend a night or day inside. We stayed for 4 nights and while I would love for the furniture to be more comfortable, I would definitely recommend this place. The owner was great to work with and went out of her way to meet me when I left something behind after checking out!

Cooking Shortfalls

The property was very accommodating but we stayed during Christmas and was very hard to cook due to not having very many cooking utensils or mixing bowls. Cooking spices was none. But overall it was a great experience and would stay here again

As soon as we entered the home, we knew we had chosen the right place for our annual friends meetup. The home was clean, smelled great, and had very welcoming decor. The beds were comfortable and a good size. All the items we needed for our stay were available, including a stocked coffee bar. The backyard was very cute & inviting & great for our morning coffee. Location was perfectly situated for our plans between Houston and Galveston. Neighborhood was very quiet and safe. Living room was plenty spacious for the 6 of us adults to gather and catch up. Kitchen had all the items we needed to prepare breakfast each day before we headed out exploring. Closets were a great size. I appreciated the communication with Veronica before our arrival letting us know the time the home would be ready as well as her letting us know we could contact her at anytime should we need anything. Turns out, the home was so well planned for our stay that we didn’t need anything. The washer and dryer was convenient and nice for us to throw our towels in in the morning so we had fresh clean ones when we returned at night. The only thing that would be better was a few more hand towels in the bathroom. A/C worked well. TV’s in two of the 3 bedrooms was nice as well as the ceiling fans. Grocery store as well as restaurant very close making it easy to do an order before we arrived and picking it up as soon as we got there. All in all, great place and will definitely stay again when in Houston.

Royalty Estate welcomes you to a beautiful and relaxing stay, making you feel right at home. You and your guests will have full access to the entire property. All 3 rooms have new beds & are incredibly comfortable, including a designated work/study room. All rooms have Smart TV's including (HBO, Netflix, Paramount, and Hulu; or stream your own personal accounts). Both restrooms are fully stocked w/clean towels, W/D located in the garage, large covered patio w/ plenty of seating, no back neighbors.

Royalty Estate is centrally located to everywhere you want to be even to Downtown Houston or Galveston. It's close to all local attractions, including:

-Museum of fine arts: 20 min
-University of Houston: 15 min
-Hobby airport: 10 min
-IAH: 40 min
-Minute maid/Toyota Center/George R Brown: 18 min
