Welcome to Seaside Sanctuary, a bright and beautifully furnished coastal retreat in the sought-after Summer Salt community of Orange Beach. This inviting two-story getaway combines comfort, style, and convenience—everything you want in a beach vacation. With 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and 1,507 sq. ft. of living space, the home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests, making it perfect for families or groups. The fully equipped chef's kitchen has everything you need for preparing meals when you're not out enjoying Orange Beach's incredible seafood dining.

The first floor offers a spacious living area with an open-concept layout that seamlessly connects the living, dining, and kitchen spaces—ideal for gathering and relaxing together. Step out onto the large covered porch, the perfect spot for morning coffee, evening cocktails, or planning your day. A full bathroom on this level adds extra convenience.

Upstairs, all three bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms, ensuring comfort and privacy for every guest. Additional amenities include a sleeper sofa, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer.

Public beach access at Romar Beach is less than a mile away, making those beach days effortless. Seaside Sanctuary is also within walking distance of favorites like Live Bait, Beachside Mini Golf, The Ruby Slipper Café, and Doc's Seafood.

Your stay is elevated by Summer Salt's resort-style amenities, including a zero-entry pool, putting green, and fire pit—everything you need for a relaxing and memorable vacation.

• AGE REQUIREMENT: Renter must be 25+ and stay for the entire reservation.

• NO SMOKING | NO PETS: Strictly enforced.

• SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Please bring additional supplies for the remainder of your stay.

This place was conveniently located near the beach and was perfect for my family. The only thing we disliked was there were many stairs giving the layout of the condo and the property could consider offering a child gate for the 1st flight of stairs in the living area for their guests who may come with small children to secure the place a little better from potential falls due to the 3 flights of stairs. I also did not care for how many times the owner or company affiliated with the condo text me saying that we needed to be out by 10am, like I understood the 1st time they indicated the checkout time. Like I realize the policy and that they have someone coming to clean, but I thought that was excessive and inconsiderate of the people currently staying at their property.

Beach House

This place was perfect for our group. The kids loved the balcony that overlooks the pond, we saw gators, turtles and fish; we even watched a fire works show from the balcony, it was a great view. The bedrooms were nice and having 4 bathrooms to shower in was very convenient for getting ready quickly.

Summer beach vaca

We stayed with a some friends and our children. Clean and comfy place to stay, and lots to do and eat close by. Kids had lots of fun fishing behind the house and beautiful pool that’s a 2 min walk from the home!

Great community

Great location, nice community with great amenities. The home was very comfortable for our family. Our only disappointment was the grill and kitchen, but we will definitely stay here again. We will just be better prepared and bring some of our own kitchen items next time.

We loved our time here! There was great communication when asking questions and they were quick to respond. The property and community were clean and well managed and maintained. The house was roomy, served all of our needs and we loved it all!

Well stocked but…

The flatware was terrible! It felt and looked like camping utensils. One night we invited family who were staying at one of the beach hotels o er for game night! When we got out the silverware they all started laughing. I’m sure this can be fixed! Also there needs to be some hooks in the bathrooms and some outside for hanging beach towels. Other than the above mentioned it was a beautiful place to stay. It was quiet and the walk to and from the beach was good for exercise. Thank you.

Not great!

The vent upstairs and downstairs was very dusty. The furniture had stains on it, Also, there were scuffs and scratches on the wall. The toilets we’re not cleaned. The outside patio furniture was broken. We stayed 2 weeks prior with Kaiser Vacation Rentals and everything was clean and excellent! Will stay there again instead of this place.

Checked all the boxes!

This was a perfect home for our family of 6 (5 adults and 10 yr old). Enough space for each to claim as their own private sanctuary. :-) Location was just off the main strip but tucked back far enough in a quiet little community. Home was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped to cook if you're so inclined. Four full bathrooms came in handy after a day at the beach, and the outside shower and double car spaces were perfect for two large SUV's. We loved the fact the balcony faced the pond/pool area as it was very beautiful. Our only wish, if you would, was the hope for a small grill. We love to grill on vacation. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend this for your stay.

Great beach getaway

Perfect location, beautiful property, and wonderful communication. We absolutely LOVED our stay. We had so much fun hanging at pool, exploring area, and the house was well equipped and so comfortable. We wjll definitely be back. Thank you for a memorable weekend!
