Beautiful ocean side home only steps to the beach or bay! Enjoy ocean views and fabulous sunsets over the bay from the huge rooftop deck with gas fire pit. Plenty of room to gather in the open concept kitchen/dining/family room with gas fireplace leading to the deck with grill, table and chairs and a view of the ocean. Built in 2016 with up-to-date beach decor, and an elevator to make moving in and out a breeze! All new paint, fenced-in side yard with outdoor furniture and wood fire pit. Ping pong in garage to keep everyone busy, plenty of parking, 8 beach badges, 7 beach chairs, 4 higher chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards, bikes and beach games. This home is ideal for spending time together with one whole open concept floor for cooking, eating, playing and laughing around the gas fireplace. Listening to music on the roof top deck around the gas fire pit while watching the sun go down over the bay is so relaxing - and you can see the ocean in the other direction! The beach is right at the end of the block with lifeguards within a block and LBI has a Gator service that will drive you right onto the beach to make it accessible to all! When you need a break from the beach there are bicycles for your use, a ping pong table in the garage, and a wood burning fire pit in the fenced in side yard. There is no shortage of great restaurants and shopping on the island and of course, Fantasy Island amusement park and a water park!
