Pardon our Noise. Beginning 4/15/2026, Cape Winds Resort is undergoing exterior renovations 8am to 5pm, Mon-Fri. As such, pool/spa and other amenities outside your unit may be intermittently unavailable. We believe the pool/spa will be closed until further notice. Pricing discounts are reflective of this inconvenience.



The Space:

This ocean view 2B/2B is decorated in a vibrant beach style. This updated condo will make you never want to leave Cape Winds! The spacious unit will be set the stage for a perfect beach getaway. Located just minutes from Port Canaveral and World Famous Cocoa Beach Pier. Enjoy a coffee or late night drink on the extended balcony of the unit that has stunning ocean views! Come enjoy the best Cape Winds has to offer!

Lovely stay at cape winds this past week! We had everything we needed, even beach chairs and quick dry towels so we could enjoy the beach! The pool was amazing. What a nice quiet place to relax.

Loved the relaxing getaway

Very clean and convenient to both the beach and restaurants. Beach was great and the pool and hot tub were clean. Overall a great stay.

Wonderful stay!

We had such a great time during our stay. We enjoyed the beach, pool, tennis/basketball court and we even got to see SpaceX launch Falcon 9 from the front and back balcony! Would definitely come again:)

Beautiful condo on the beach with pool. Great location. Enjoyed sunrise and full moon walks on the beach. Very relaxing. Loved our stay.

Perfect little stay before Crusing

Decided to come into town early to stay few days at beach. It was perfect little pre-cruise fun. The condo was clean and had all amenities. It is a little outdated with the size of TV and some of the furniture but for what we wanted it for the beach and pool was perfect.

Beach Bliss

This location was great for what we needed. Tucked away off the main road, in a quiet area of Cape Canaveral, right on the beach. Parking under the tennis courts, in the shade was a bonus. The condo itself needs a little TLC, however it was a nice place and we would certainly stay here again. Nice view from the large balcony. Big pool. Wish we could have stayed for the month!

Awesome Beach Access

My family of four appreciated the cleanliness of the property and amenities this property offers. We had a beautiful view of the ocean and were close to the beach. We even got to catch a rocket launch. It was very quiet area and the sound of the ocean was nice to fall asleep to. Our patio was very spacious. I saw in a few other reviews a few people complained about pigeons and their mess on the patio. We did encounter pigeons and a small amount of mess. The Pool and Hot Tub on site were very clean and a nice place to relax after along day of exploring the area.

Fab location!!

You cannot beat the location of this place! Literally 30 seconds to the beach with beautiful views of the ocean. We enjoyed many a sunset (and thunderstorm!) on the balcony each evening. Yes the place is a little dated but it was spotless when we arrived and has everything you need for a great holiday. Lots of beach bits and pool noodles for the kids and beach towels which was a really nice touch. Beds were all super comfy! We only used the family bathroom shower and it had good pressure etc. kitchen appliances all worked well and there were all the utensils and pots and pans we needed. The only thing we’d have changed would be the blinds, they could do with replacing as have been repaired with tape so kept falling down but it was a really minor thing and had no real impact on our holiday. We were even able to get in early which was helpful as we arrived in a thunderstorm! We would definitely come back!

Staycation

Stay was great. Location of unit was perfect. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, and Pickleball courts. Saw 2 rocket launches which were awesome!!! Would definitely stay again. I am a clean freak as my husband would say. Felt the unit was super clean. 4 rating was only due to the fact there is carpet in the bedrooms which could use a good cleaning - again everything else was clean with all the cook ware you could want. As we live local and drove, we brought a lot of our own cooking spices, etc. if you plan to cook you will need to shop or bring your own. Had a great stay, weather was great and look forward to returning to the property. Oh - A/C was not working properly when we arrived and after notifying management company they were right on it. Jaden was great!!!

Clean but a little worn

Our stay was wonderful. The unit was impeccably clean. But very dated. I do think that. 5pm check is is unnecessary! The vertical blinds were missing slats. We found them the last day under the bed! That being said we did have a wonderful time the beach was less than 500 steps. I’m very impressed with the unit being so clean. Even with shag carpet. It made up for the vintage decor. I did try to contact someone several times and never heard anything. We even checked out early but did not know who to contact.

There are two contact numbers posted on the arrival instructions and in all the properties. The owner uses this unit about 6 months out of the year and she is very specific about the furnishings and cleanliness.

Nice unit inside, deck was a total mess.

Unit was fine, except for deck. Informed you all about problems with pigeons nesting and ask to be taken care of. What nest were there were gone that afternoon, but for some reason the deck was not cleaned a bit, droppings all over the place. Pigeons were still there the rest of my stay. Deck was absolutely filthy and pigeons stayed. Could not enjoy the deck at all between the pigeons and progressively worse dropping, absolutely disgusting and ridiculous. Was never contacted back about anything, figured you didn’t even care enough about your guest so I didn’t even try to call back. Such a shame the unit was nice, but undoubtedly no one on your end cared about your guest. Shame on you.

Hi Neal, I appreciate the feedback and would like to address the concerns you have brought up. While I am happy to hear the issue was addressed, I think there may have been some misunderstanding on your end. The HOA of the building handled this issue directly and we are not part of the HOA, we are a separate property management company. You stated you never contacted us to clean the deck, which we would have happily done, so we were unaware that there was an additional issue aside from the pigeons on the deck. The cleanliness of the deck was never communicated to us through you or the HOA. These types of circumstances are why we have listed multiple times in both the arrival instructions, secondary welcome message, and posted in the unit our points of contact to reach us directly. Without proper communication from the guests, we cannot do our job to our desired intent. We truly hope you enjoyed the rest of your stay.
