This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath beachfront condo is the perfect coastal retreat, featuring an oversized oceanfront balcony, elevator access, and the rare convenience of two reserved parking spaces. Seagate offers easy access to the sugar-white sands and crystal-clear Gulf waters, with a building elevator that makes bringing beach gear up and down effortless. The lush grounds also offer a heated pool with restrooms, tiki-bar picnic style seating with shade and BBQ grills. Conveniently a short walk to Salt Rock, a popular local restaurant known for their fresh seafood and coastal cocktails.

This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom oceanfront condo offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm. Featuring an oversized oceanfront balcony, a bonus private front-facing balcony off the third bedroom, and building elevator access. Bright coastal furnishings and thoughtful guest amenities like Smart TV's throughout create a welcoming home-away-from-home atmosphere. The primary suite features a king bed, private ensuite bathroom, and direct sliding door access to the oceanfront balcony for peaceful morning views. The second bedroom includes two queen beds, and connected ensuite access to the shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom. Easy check-in. Host was very easy to contact and replied very quickly. This is the 2nd year we have stayed on this property. It’s a great location with beautiful close views of the gulf. We saw manatees and several dolphin.

Great place for beach access, very spacious condo with great balcony overlooking the Gulf. The beach was perfect and was nice to have assigned parking. Highly recommend this area over Clearwater. Only complaint was the water pressure in the condo. Has nice laundry room and great kitchen for cooking. I would certainly stay here again.

Condo as expected! Convenient corner unit to stairs, parking, beach and pool. Very nice pair of beach chairs, two camp chairs, and other beach amenities. Everything we wanted and more!

Great spot right on the beach! It’s also close to plenty of entertainment and restaurants, which made everything really convenient. The place was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We’d definitely stay here again.

Being a corner unit in this building with an additional balcony on the inland side adds so much to the quality of our stay. We’ve stayed in this building 5 times and we’ll be back next year. Views of everything and right over the pool.

Everything was wonderful! The condo was clean, the hosts were accommodating and responsive, and the beach gear that was there for us to use was icing on the cake! Can't beat the view- we loved the balcony. We also loved the pool. Would definitely go back!

Beach view was gorgeous. Location of condo in relation to pool and beach was convenient. Being on the second floor was perfect for view and taking stairs instead of elevator. The condo was as pictured. The cleanliness of the condo was not great. I let the management know so hopefully that will not be an issue for future guests. The management reaponded quickly to our communication.

Sister's Getaway

My 4 sister's and I took a sister's getaway and stayed in this condo on the beach. The accommodations were just what we needed and the location was great. Close to the things we wanted but not so crazy busy that we couldn't enjoy.

The reason I gave the overall review even three stars was because of how excellent the owners/management company is in responding to any issues. They were very kind, prompt with responses and really could not have been more helpful. The location is wonderful. You are right on the beach and an incredible beach it is! You’re not all the way into Clearwater, which is totally packed with tourists, so there’s a little more space on the beach. The biggest problem I had with this condominium was a problem that was huge for me and that is cleanliness. The pillows on the sofas and chairs in the living room were so filthy that we would not touch them without gloves. There were blood spots on them and dirt built up on them. We put on a pair of gloves and took all of the pillows and placed them behind the chair where they could not be seen or touched. The bathroom and kitchen were ok and the bedroom was ok. The floors could use some work, particularly the living room floor. I told the management company about the filthy pillows and even sent a picture, but there was a response about it. I told the management company a couple of times that their cleaning crew was letting them down, but never got a response to that statement. I probably would not stay here again if I had other options. Cleanliness is just everything to me. But I would like to reiterate that otherwise, the management people were wonderful.

We do want to provide some additional context regarding the cleanliness concerns mentioned in your review. During your stay, the only cleanliness issue that was brought to our attention was around a dirty throw pillow. We responded to that concern the same day. No other cleanliness issues were reported to us during your stay, and we were not made aware of concerns regarding the floors or other areas of the condominium at that time. In fact, during your stay, you shared with us that you were thoroughly enjoying your experience and even expressed an interest in extending your stay. We certainly wish we had known then that you felt there were additional cleanliness concerns, as we would have been happy to address anything that was brought to our attention. We take housekeeping and cleanliness very seriously and appreciate you bringing the condition of the throw pillow to our attention. We will follow up with our cleaning team to make sure these details receive the attention they deserve. Thank you again for your kind words about our management team. This property had everything we needed and lots we didn’t know we needed! The condo was beautifully decorated and felt like home. And the VIEW was spectacular. Since we were flying in we specifically looked for a property that had beach accessories available and boy did they! We will book this property again when we return to the area. Lindsey was wonderful to deal with and answered all my questions pre-booking promptly. LOVED our stay!

Needs improvement

Condo had 4 doors-2 had no locks. Don’t recommend anyone with small kids staying. No dish clothes, limited utensils, very basic. Cable only worked half the time. No water pressure in bathroom shower and water would get hot then cold then back to hot constantly dirty dishes But condo was overall clean. Location at end of hall was nice and convenient and the condo was spacious.

Hi Diane, Thanks for the review of your stay. To address these concerns we walked through after your departure. There are locks on every door in this property except the laundry room. There were plenty of cooking utensils, plates, bowls, pots, pans, etc and 3 kitchen towels were left out. There were no issues with the cable that we were able to identify. We take cleanliness very seriously and inspected the property prior to your arrival and after your departure and I didn’t see any concern of cleanliness on our dishes but I did have a conversation with our housekeeper just in case. We did notice that the shower had issues with water pressure, and were able to fix that right away. We did not hear from you about any of these concerns during your stay, please moving forward notify hosts so they can properly rectify concerns like these as we’d encouraged our future guests to do as well.
