The fully remodeled kitchen is stocked with everything you need for cooking and dining, from cookware to a coffee maker. A full bathroom is available for your convenience. The apartment is updated throughout with modern furnishings, offering a welcoming ambiance. You'll find an initial supply of kitchen paper and detergents, alongside luxurious linens, towels, and toiletries. The condo is a single-level home with a private entrance. Please note, the bedrooms adjoin and there's no direct beach view from this ground-floor unit, although it offers a limited view of the intercoastal waterway. Benefit from one reserved parking spot plus free street parking.



Guest Access:

You'll have exclusive access to the entire condo during your stay, including the bedrooms, full bathroom, kitchen, and living areas. Take advantage of on-site amenities such as reserved parking, a beach supplies room, gas grills, and other common areas. Beach essentials are available for your convenience.

For a unique culinary experience, head south approximately two miles to Salt Rock Grill, known for its fresh seafood sourced daily from its private fishing fleet. Explore beyond Indian Rocks Beach with attractions like John's Pass, just 6 miles south, offering diverse restaurants and shops. You're also within a 20-minute drive of both St. Pete Beach and Clearwater Beach. For further exploration, the Clearwater Aquarium, the Dali Museum in St. Petersburg, and Tropicana Field are within 30 minutes. Getting around is easy! You can easily use Uber anytime. Also, the "Jolly Trolley" bus service runs every 20 minutes, providing convenient access to Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach.

Important information: On the Rocks #14 is strictly non-smoking; a $500 deep cleaning fee will be charged for any evidence of smoking inside or outside the unit. A designated smoking area is available near the street on the southeast corner of the complex. Guests must be at least 21 years old to book and provide a valid credit card and ID at check-in. Self check-in is available anytime. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m., and check-out is at 10:00 a.m. Early check-outs are not eligible for partial refunds. The price includes cleaning fees and taxes; no resort or management fees apply.
