FURNISHED with coastal chic décor and new luxury bedding and towels, the interior of this home will be sure to create that relaxing environment you've been craving.
Step outside to a fenced-in yard, where you, your family and furry friends can unwind on island time.
Looking to cook at home, the kitchen has been fully outfitted to make your home dining experience a success. Prefer to BBQ outside? Utilize the charcoal grill to prepare your freshly caught seafood grillables. It's all good on the island!
This Home is located just a short walk to the beach and a short walk or quick car ride to Jamaica Beach City Park and community pool. There is also Way West Grill & Pizzeria, Jamaica Beach Food Store and Shrimp N Stuff Food Truck within walking distance (or very quick drive).
Located a few blocks away, the City of Jamaica Beach Regatta Basin, aka the "Marina", features a single, stabilized, paved boat ramp that provides access to the canals, which lead to West Bay, a parking area, and seating area (no restrooms). Guest permit is required.
We are also conveniently located 15 minutes to Galveston's Seawall, 25 minutes to Pleasure Pier and 30 minutes to The Strand.
For golf enthusiasts, the newly renovated, public 18-hole, Moody Gardens Golf Course is less than 8 miles away. Over 500 palm trees are on the property!

Jamaica Beach Pool (Memorial Day to Labor Day) – purchase a pool pass at the pool, at the intersection of Bob Smith and Jolly Roger, the City Park is located next to the pool area. The City of Jamaica Beach swimming pool is open to the public (with the purchase of admission). During the operating season, the entry fee for residents and non-residents is $5.00 per person for a daily pass. The pool typically opens around the Memorial Day Holiday until the Labor Day Holiday on Tuesday-Sunday from 10AM to 8PM (weather permitting and subject to change). Please note: at the beginning and end of the season, the pool will be open on weekends only while local, public schools are in session.
PARKING
Parking available for vehicles in the private driveway of this home. Per HOA rules, street parking is not allowed.

Jamaica Beach is its own community located about 10 minutes from the heart of Galveston and is part of the island’s West End offering restaurants, Seven Sea's grocery store, and beach-worthy activities. Jamaica Beach has access to the Gulf side as well as the Bay side and has its own fire and police department plus city park with pool.

Come visit and enjoy ALL the outdoor adventures you could want! Watch dolphins, fish from the pier, or surf the waves, kayak, beach comb and soak up the sun and sea air. And after a day of activities, stop by one of the nearby popular hangouts - The West End Marina & Restaurant, Nate's West End, Way West Grill & Pizzeria, Pariah Coffee, Galvestonite Bistro, Venados Cantina and/or The Waterman Seafood Grill, for a fun atmosphere to enjoy snacks, cocktails or meal!

All photos, amenities, calendar, and rates are 100% accurate to the best of our knowledge. We ensure our home is cleaned after each guest stay guaranteeing your stay is nothing short of spectacular. In addition, our home features luxury bedding, and bath towels. When you rent our home, you'll also receive a 'comforts of home' guest welcome starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, coffee filters, dish detergent w/sponge and dishwasher pods. We want your stay to be hassle free, and we try and make every effort to delight our guests.
EASY CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:
It's easy to stay with us and secure too! Access the home at 3pm on the date of your arrival with a lockbox code that we specifically give you via text and/or by email. Your code is only good from 3pm on your arrival date until 11am on the date of your departure.
VACATION PROPERTY SERVICES:
All VRBO Vacation Property Services rental homes follow local and state tax rules. Reservations may be booked up to 365 days in advance of check-in. Please send inquiries and details if your stay is more than a year out as rates and availability may not be updated. Each reservation includes applicable taxes.
