Great little property right on the beach. Extra fans in bedrooms. Cutest little “cutouts” in deck railing so your pups can see the gorgeous view too!!! Everything you could need. Yard was perfect size and entire property was fenced.

Our family absolutely loved our stay here! The location couldn't have been better it was so close to the beach that we never felt like we had to "go to the beach" to enjoy it. Whether we were relaxing on the deck, sipping coffee in the morning, or winding down in the evening, we were always surrounded by the sights and sounds of the ocean.The house itself was very clean. You could tell the owners put a lot of thought into making guests feel comfortable. The little touches throughout the home made such a difference. One unexpected lifesaver was finding sunburn treatment already stocked for guests, it came in very handy for my lobster-red husband after a little too much sunshine!There were so many cozy places to sit, relax, and soak in the beach views that we found ourselves spending just as much time enjoying the house as we did exploring the area. It truly felt like a home away from home.We made so many wonderful family memories here and were genuinely sad to leave. We'd happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable beach getaway.

This was a great place to take a family getaway! Amazing location right on the beach. Kid and pet friendly! Quiet location next to the state park and away from the busier public beach. Would definitely stay here again!

The house is right on the beach and the view is excellent. Being right beside the national park was neat too. Owner was very responsive and beach was family and pet friendly!

Harold was very responsive and a great host to deal with but the home is in need of a deep clean and general maintenance. We started to get in one bed and found that it didn't have a top sheet so went to another bedroom and found that bed didn't have any sheets on it at all. It did, however, have a stained mattress pad (we're hoping it was ink). Also, if you're taking pets, be aware that the fenced yard is full of stickers. We picked weeds for our first 2 days to try and keep our dogs from getting them matted in their fur.

The house was very comfortable, clean and yard mowed. The location was wonderful. My major concern were the stairs. The outside railing wobbles and numerous boards loose. We enjoyed our stay.

We do our best to keep all the stairs and deck boards secure 100% of the time, but as you can imagine, the metal corrosion makes 1 or 2 come loose every now. Thanks for the review.

great location on beach

loved the fenced in yard for my pup!! Loved the beach with easy access, open floor plan, upper deck and ground floor seating areas. Dining area with great window views.

Awesome place

We loved it!! Perfect for 4 adults and 2 children. Simple check in and out, Harold let us know what to do and no problems. Location is great. Beach front and view were awesome. It was the first time that our great niece and nephew from Utah had been to the beach and they loved it! Would definitely stay again!!

Perfect Beachfront Getaway

The property is on the beach with very easy walking access. The house is clean and well stocked. Very friendly for families with pets and comfortable living area. The balcony and outside decks are excellent for relaxing and enjoying the gulf sea breeze and for watching the seagulls and pelicans flight patterns. We will return!

Harold was very accommodating. The house was clean, and had all we needed, plus the view. A baby was with us,so a washer, dryer would have been nice. The fenced back yard was great for the dogs. We all had a great time and will be back!!

This house has been in my family since the 1980's. My brother and I own the house and I am in charge of renting it.

Jamaica Beach is well known as the best family friendly beach on the island. We are a city within a city and that means faster fire, rescue and police service.

Our house is off a private road, near the state park. Plus we are right on the beach, literally. You can't beat this house, the location and the incredible views from outside and inside the house!

この宿泊施設の特徴

This house is actual beachfront. With large front windows, you can watch your kids play on the beach from the inside of the house. The house is always super clean and we update the bedding regularly.

Our house is pet friendly and has a large fenced in yard that even big dogs can enjoy. You will be glad to know, we have a strict 'no pet on bed' policy.
