Luxurious 6th level condo boasting views for days from the large ocean view balcony. Just completely remodeled and ready to host your family with new paint, kitchen supplies, new mattresses & fresh bedding. Also bathroom vanities, new furniture and brand new TV's in all the bedrooms and living area! In the heart of Crescent Beach and conveniently located to everything in North Myrtle Beach. Malibu Pointe is a luxury condo building featuring outdoor/indoor pool, hot tub, lazy river and gym.

Fantastic views of the ocean from this 6th floor condo!

This tastefully designed three-bedroom ocean view condo features tile and LVP flooring throughout, a spacious balcony with entrances from the living area and master bedroom and designer furnishings. The living room has two neutral oversized couches and a flatscreen tv and opens to the dining area. A beautiful tiled backsplash accents the kitchen which has all stainless appliances and granite counters. There’s a king-sized bed in the master suite, two double beds in the second bedroom and queen in the third. A large corner tub can be found in the master bathroom along with his and hers sinks.

Malibu Pointe provides guests the same luxuries that can be found in 5-Star tropical resorts around the world. Enjoy fabulous amenities that include an indoor pool, large outdoor pool, kiddie pool, outdoor lazy river, hot tub, sun decks, and a fitness center, all just footsteps away from the beach.

The highly acclaimed Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach is within minutes from all the action on Main Street to the north, and renowned shopping and dining at Barefoot Landing to the south. Malibu Pointe is also walking distance to an Irish pub that offers a unique oceanfront dining experience, as well as an ice cream shop to cure any beachgoers sweet tooth. The beach at Malibu Pointe offers the more adventurous guest seasonal parasailing and banana boat rides, something exclusive to the Crescent Beach area. - Outdoor Pool, Lazy River & Hot Tub - Indoor Pool - Kiddie Pool - Fitness Center - Free Wireless Internet

MINIMAL CONTACT CHECK-IN On your day of arrival, you will receive a message via the host app notifying you that your unit is ready for check-in. Head to the unit and use the access code provided to access the unit. No lines or waiting in a crowded lobby – this process is quick, easy and safe! ______________________________ DEPARTURE MAID SERVICE & LINENS For your convenience and vacation enjoyment, linens and towels are INCLUDED in our rates and your beds will be made for your arrival. All rates also include departure maid service. There is no daily maid service or daily linen/towel service. ______________________________ COMMON AREAS, POOLS & AMENITIES All resort common areas will be frequently cleaned throughout each day using COVID-19 specific EPA cleaning solutions by the resort staff. This includes elevators, lobbies, pool amenities, handrails, lounge chairs, public bathrooms, fitness centers and more. Where possible, chairs will be spaced 6 feet apart to promote social distancing.
AMENITIES: You can access all areas of the Malibu Pointe resort. We do not guarantee or refund due to amenities. This is a Oceanview building that is located directly across the street from the ocean. There is a lobby with a glassed-encased exercise room with a wonderful view of the ocean and the pool areas. Water amenities feature outdoor and indoor pools, hot tub, lazy river and kiddie pool. Across the street, there is private direct access to the beach with a shower area to rinse off the sand. The building is a small, primarily residential luxury style building. Some resort amenities may be limited due to weather conditions and / or COVID, we will not refund on behalf of this matter.

ATTIRE: All persons including children must wear footwear and cover ups when in any part of the building other than the suite.

BALCONIES: Do not place towels or clothes on the banisters or balconies to dry. They will easily blow away. Be cautious of any trash as well and refrain from leaving anything there overnight. Keep a close eye on your kids while being on the balcony.

BEACH SUPPLIES: Chairs and umbrellas for use at the beach can be rented from the Lifeguards stationed along the beach. There is a fee for these rentals and it does vary by season. If your trip is for multiple days, it is often cheaper to purchase chairs and/or umbrellas at a local retailer than to rent them from the lifeguards. If you purchase these items and do not have room to take them back home, you are welcome to leave them on property for other guests to find and use. You are also welcome to use the supplies left in the closet by our previous guests.

CABLE TV: is provided on all televisions.

CANCELLATIONS: Must be done prior to 5 days before arrival for a full refund minus the service charge. Any cancellations after that period will be flexible.

CHECK-IN: Check-in time is after 4pm. Early check-in after 2pm can be requested in advance for a fee of $50 if approved. You can access the suite at any time for check-in via our smart lock. A time sensitive code will be provided for you right before check-in.

CHECKOUT: Checkout time is by 11am. Late checkout by 1pm can be requested in advance at a fee of $50 if approved. Instructions are provided with check-in instructions and posted in the suite.

DEPOSITS: In order to keep rental cost low we do not collect a deposit for your rental. However if anything is damaged you will be billed and any dispute will be handled through the company hosting the reservation. If anything is damaged during your stay please contact the host immediately. The suite is inspected by the host prior to your arrival and professionally cleaned by a COVID-19 enhanced cleaning company.

EVACUATIONS: If a mandatory evacuation is ordered, all reservations scheduled to arrive during the evacuation will be canceled and refunded in full. In-house guests will be refunded the unused portion of their stay at the time of evacuation order.

FURNITURE: Do not move the furniture for any reason.

KEYS: Any key, parking pass, pool pass, or fob must be left in the suite. If not there will be a $20 missing / lost item fee for replacement.

LOCKED CLOSETS: Many homeowners have their personal property locked in a closet for their convenience. These areas are absolutely not included in this rental.

MAINTENANCE: Personnel are permitted to enter premises during normal working hours (8:00am-6:00pm) for the purpose of conducting necessary repairs and/ or routine maintenance. This many include pest control. We do our best to notify guests ahead of time.

OCCUPANCY: No more than 8 persons may occupy the rental without host approval. No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. No house parties, events or loud noises. Must be 25+ to rent the suite with a valid government identification. Violation of these rules will result in immediate eviction.

PARKING: There are 2 parking passes for this suite. Free parking is provided to guests in the parking garage under the resort. Parking pass is required and will be left on the kitchen counter. Large and oversized vehicles please contact the host for further instructions. No motorcycle, golf carts or trailers are allowed on the property.

PETS: This suite is NOT pet friendly. If there is evidence of a pet in your room and/ or balcony, you will be charged a fee of $150.00. Violation of this policy may also result in eviction of stay. All ADA recognized service animals are always welcome.

Quiet Hours: 11pm-7am there is a noise ordinance for the property. Please be respectful of your neighbors at all times.

REPAIRS: We cannot guarantee air conditioning or other appliances. There will be no refund upon their failure. We try to keep our suite in the best condition. Our best effort will be done to have any malfunction repaired as quickly as possible.

SMOKING: Malibu Pointe is a smoke- free and tobacco- free resort experience. This includes all suites, balconies, and common areas. The use of electronic cigarettes, vaporizers, and smokeless tobacco of any kind is prohibited. If there is evidence of smoking in your suite and/ or balcony, you will be charged a cleaning fee of $200. Violation of this policy may also result in eviction of stay.

TRASH: Properly dispose of all garbage in the hallway trash chute. Be sure it is bagged and secured. There is also a StreetSide dumpster located on ocean boulevard.

UPON ARRIVAL: Immediately notify the Host of any missing or inoperative furnishings or equipment or any weak or unsafe conditions which may result in injury. Occupancy by you and/or your party shall be conclusive evidence that the suite is in satisfactory condition. During your stay, please promptly report any problems to us so that our maintenance department might attend to them efficiently for your safety and comfort, and for that of future guests.

WASHER & DRYER: There is one located in the suite, please be sure to clean the lint filter after every use.

WIFI: is upgraded and free to our guests. The information is posted in the suite and in the check in instructions.

The agent, or the owner of the individual property rented, shall not be liable for any damages or injury to the tenant or to any other person, or damages to any property occurring on the premises or any part thereof, or in common areas thereof, and tenant agrees to hold the agent and owners harmless for any claims of damages, no matter how caused.
