Malibu home was a good experience until we woke up to a power outage. The floors was not clean because the children socks were dirty from walking on the floor/carpet. This could be an awesome place to go on vacation. Furniture is outdated and too low for sitting. Thank goodness for the arm chair The Malibu Rental property is definitely in a very good location, accessible to a lot of good places. The power outage indeed disturbed the vacation for about 30 minutes or so. The Rental property is not as clean as we're told to leave it. I've NEVER stayed at Any Rental where we had to bring your own Sheets, pillowcases, Toilet paper, Paper Towels etc. The Extra items took up space. I wished I knew before paying but I had a nice stay and I wouldn't want to visit anytime soon.

We loved the view and it was perfect for our Families. The only bad thing is my Daughters closet leaked so bad from the ceiling and her clothes was soaked and there was mold which she has allergies and ashma.

Good with little flaws

Check-in was easy. Access to parking garage with low 6’8” ceilings in back of building making easy for entry and exit. After entering room and looking around there were noticeable chips and scratches in the vinyl planks in the living room and the bedroom carpeting was stained from previous vacationers. Nothing to ruin a week of vacationing. Couch was stained and the pull mattress was dirty. Showers and bathrooms were clean. The Luxury package that includes the lien is to only supply the lien it is the responsibility of the vacationer to put liens on the beds and place towels and rags in bathroom. You will recieve them in a green bag with directions that are color coded. Location and beach access was across street easy to get too. Elevator was close to room. Carts for carrying luggage to room. The lobby requires and key to access to get back in when you leave for beach or walk. The condo has a 8 digit coded deadbolt for entry door. Check out was simple as texting a number for check out and returning the key to the location you recieved it.

Good Family Vacay location.

I would say overall it was a good location. Very convenient to the beach. Great little shop and ice cream beside the condo. Only drawbacks would be the “outside” pool was covered by the parking garage. And the lazy river couldn’t move a leaf. But other than that, good stay.

Issue with Dishwasher and it was flooded.

We called the manager and took us forever to get them. They did not come until the next day after complaining twice.
