Marvelous 4 Story Villa with Movie Theater, Pool, Sauna & Rooftop

Find your very own piece of paradise at our resort style 5 bed, 7 bath Villa. Indoor/Outdoor living with a gourmet kitchen plus living & dining rooms which open to a secluded backyard with pool, hot tub, BBQ grill & lounge area. Rooftop patio, sauna, home theater, pool table, TV’s in all bedrooms, free parking and central heat/air. Centrally located, remodeled & professionally decorated. This home is truly designed to pamper and relax, offering our guests the best in luxury design & comfort.

This 5000 sq ft home begins with an airy open floor plan on the first floor which includes a gourmet kitchen, dining room for 10, wine room, powder room & living room with 75 inch smart streaming flat screen TV & built in fireplace. The kitchen is fully stocked with top of the line appliances & everything else you would need to cook & entertain.

The first floor opens up to the backyard for indoor / outdoor living. Enjoy the 300 sq ft pool & hot tub year round. The backyard offers a large patio lounge area with outdoor dining & kitchen, BBQ grill, fireplace, sun chairs & umbrella.

We have 5 bedrooms throughout the home. All bedrooms have smart streaming TV's and room darkening shades.

The Master bedroom is located on the second floor & boasts a king size bed, ensuite full bath with tub, private balcony, fireplace & walk in closet.

Two more bedrooms are on the 2nd floor, both have queen beds, en suite full bathrooms & private balconies.

One bedroom is on the first floor, it has a queen bed & an en suite connected full bathroom as well.

The last bedroom is on the basement level, it has a queen bed. There is a full bathroom next to it but they are not connected.
The basement level is a large area equipped with a theater room, a pool table, and a sauna.

There are 7 bathrooms throughout the home. 5 are full bathrooms (4 of these are en suite & connected to bedrooms. 1 is not attached to a bedroom & is located in the basement. All full bathrooms come with linens, basic toiletries & hairdryers.

We also have 2 half baths, 1 on the first floor and 1 in the backyard for easy access from the pool area.

The basement level has a full sauna room, a pool table & a home theater room with a 120 inch projector screen plus plenty of comfy seating.

The rooftop patio has 360 views of the surrounding city which can be enjoyed from the cozy lounge area with a relaxing fire pit. There are also additional sun loungers & games for the whole group to enjoy.

We have central heat & air conditioning, free washer & dryer in the house, free parking for 2 small cars in our garage & 2 in the driveway.

You have private access to the entire property inside & out. No areas are shared, the whole house is just for you!

We had an amazing stay! The home was beautiful, spacious, and exactly as described. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. Communication with the team was excellent any questions or issues were addressed quickly and professionally. I would absolutely recommend this property and would love to stay here again in the future.

This house was perfect in every way. It had ample space for 7 adults and 2 children. The house itself was beautiful with all the wonderful amenities (most notably the jacuzzi, fire pits, sauna, and pool table). The location was great and central to everywhere we went while staying in LA. The host was extremely responsive whenever we had a question. The check in and check out process was also seamless. I would highly recommend this property and this host!

Nice house, spacious, great location

House is very modern and beautiful. Nice finishes. Great for a friends hang, plenty of communal spaces to gather. Was an easy uber to/from Hollywood Bowl where we were attending some concerts. Would stay again.

Excellent Stay

This property was exactly as advertised. Beautiful, clean, and well laid out. The managers were so great with communication and checking in with us throughout the stay. I’d highly recommend this property and it’s prime location.

I am still trying to connect with the host and get a resolve. VRBO says that they could not help us get a resolve with the host.Shower in the downstairs bedroom bathroom never worked TV Downstairs Bedroom - started to work after it got repairedStove- mgr. eventually sent a maintenance guy who had to go outside to do a reboot after he sent me videos to figure it out on my own because he stated he was busy and could not come and support us with the issueMicrowave had to be unplugged to work and the plug is under the stove which meant us on the floor trying to figure it out hgw to reboot the powerFire pit outside- mgr. says i need to change the propane tank, that is ridiculous that the resident would have to change the tankFire Pit on the roof so we could not enjoy that level at allHot Tub did not get hot, we waited several hours in cool water and never got Hot

Great location, perfect for our family gathering!

Perfect space for our family and the small gathering of friends. Everyone had their own space and enjoyed the pool, games in basement and rooftop.

Beautiful and comfortable property

This property was gorgeous inside with a lot of space for groups to use. Comfortable beds. Some of the modern features took a bit of figuring out I’m the kitchen. Communicative hosts. We enjoyed our stay!

Amazing home

Would recommend this house to anyone. Beautiful spacious home with an amazing location to everything LA has to offer. The house looked juts like the photos. The host was responsive and had everything we needed in the house.

LA Gem

We had a wonderful 5 day stay at this gem of a property. One always has to overlook issues associated with rental property. The kitchen was not well stocked with glassware and the updated appliances did not come with adequate instructions(induction cooktop). Security was an issue with the front gate basically broken and easily forced open and a side gate inoperable. The microwave stopped mid cycle and was unable to resume heating. There needs to be more than one garage door/front driveway gate remote and more than one set of keys to the front door in a gorgeous home with 5 bedrooms. The additional charges for an "event" @ $150 per person(family dinner for 8 family members not staying in home = $1200 and that doesn't include dinner) are a bit excessive. Management company was very responsive for those issues that could be readily fixed and we would recontract should the occasion arise. This is a gorgeous property!

Family wedding

This property stood out because of the outdoor living area, including pool, spa and grill. We paid extra ( $399) to have the pool heated for one day and it was perfect. The rooms and en suites were very nice and comfortable, plenty of space for us. We did request the property manager come over and show us how things worked because the appliances and faucets, etc. are all pretty high tech. The dishwasher was not stable, and did not work, but the manager sent repairmen over right away and they fixed it. The only other issue was the grill. It actually backfired onto my husband …a legitimate ball of flame, and it singed a small piece of his hair. We told the property manager to pass that on. I assume the owners will look at that given that is a legitimate safety issue. The description does say pet friendly, but there is an additional $149 fee that was not displayed. We haven’t rented too many VRBOs and this was an overall very good experience. The communication between the property management and us was excellent.

Honestly, It took too much time and effort to enjoy our stay

Checking- lockbox did not work. 8 guests had to use 1 gate opener to get in and out of the premises for 3 days. Amenities lacking- linens, travel crib, dinnerware, utensils ( for entertaining 10 people) and broken iron boards. Rooms- uncomfortable hot or cold. Adjusting the temperature was very challenging even for the “site manager”. Location- too noisy on weekends for a good night rest. We did not have our planned family dinner on Saturday because there was no instructions/ manuals on how to use the stovetop. The host did not know how to, but dismissively suggested YouTube videos. We downloaded the manual and learned how to use the stovetop. Then took time out of our planned sunday event and taught the site manager how to use it!! We also determined that some of the pots in the kitchen didn’t work on the stovetop. Plumbing issues- two of the toilet on the second floor needed plunging the 1st day of our stay. The bathroom faucet clogged when guests used it during event. A guest that stayed for 1 day reported clog toilet on 1st floor to site manager. Solution: A bill for flushing paper towels even though there were tissues and a paper towel (I provided due to lack of hand towels) in the bathroom. The host could not spare the time and effort to properly resolve our issues. But, tried to nickel and dime us for early check in, a chef, baby’s crib, and extra day stay. Summary: Avoid the hassle and stay elsewhere for a truly luxurious, pampered and relaxing stay.

For the price of this property and quality that’s promised, this stay was far below subpar. First, the owners or property managers ( someone different responded to every message / phone call that was sent) were begging for more money every-time we reached out. Before they even ensured they were speaking with the correct tenant for the reservation they were finding every reason to charge us more money (assuming we checked in early when our reservation started days prior). Second when we checked in, there was a smell and multiple wear and tear issues were visible and or not functioning like electrical sockets, porch lights, water etc. In addition, there was no instructions or manual accessible on how to use different unusual features of the home like the microwave, oven, ceiling lights, outdoor lights for pool or even how to turn on the spa. When reaching out asking for the information we had to wait for them to “send out a technician” causing a delay in our family plans to enjoy our day only for the technician to arrive and tell us he had no idea how to turn on, fix, or use many of the basic items we were asking for assistance with. And lastly, another family tried entering the residence DURING our stay and we only came to realized this because our 2 year old daughter was afraid a bad person was trying to break in and hurt us. They paid an extra 600 for early check in to the money hungry host and sincerely apologized. Overall horrible experience, do not recommend.

Our cross streets are N. Fuller Ave and Melrose Ave. Our central location makes getting around easy. The surrounding safe, quiet, residential neighborhood has everything you need! There are tons of eateries and shops within walking distance. 5 minutes to coffee, grocery stores, major banks, tons of restaurants, cafes, bars & fast food. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything Los Angeles has to offer from this centrally located luxury destination. Getting around LA is easy from our central location in Hollywood. We have close access to the 101, 405 and the 10 freeways. The Melrose / Poinsettia bus stop is a 2 minute walk. We have parking on site but for any extra needs there is metered parking on nearby streets. Our street is permit parking only.
