Enjoy the sound of the ocean waves, watching for sea turtles and whales, while admiring incredible sunsets & sunrises in this two-story, oceanfront condo. A beautiful corner unit, Kapaa retreat with a large lanai and built-in grill that overlooks the palms, mountains, and the ocean. Newly Remodeled Kitchen & flooring throughout. Take advantage of an exclusive gated community with access to a beautiful shared oceanfront pool. ALSO NOTE THERE IS A 10% LIMITED DISCOUNT IF STAYING 7+ DAYS!
This luxurious end unit condo is located in a prime location within walking distance to beaches, Wailua River, shops, grocery stores and restaurants with live music! You will love the large lanai and 23 foot high vaulted ceilings to let the sun and cool ocean breezes swim through the house. Feel free to open the floor to ceiling glass sliding windows in the living room that retract into the wall affording magnificent views of the ocean, pool, and coastline. Also note you will have access to two covered parking spaces. Weather is awesome but this does help in case it rains.
What's nearby:
This 2,200-square-foot condo is located in the oceanfront community of Wailua. It is less than 15 minutes from the airport and is close to shopping, restaurants, golf courses, and the island's new walking and biking path that follows the eastern shore for miles. You can walk two blocks to Wailua Beach or simply take a few steps out toward the pool to see the waves, hear the surf, and possibly catch a monk seal sunbathing. Guest can often see turtles outside & whales during whale season from the lanai. You can take a short walk to the Coconut Marketplace for shopping or watch a free hula show that takes place on Wednesdays at 5 pm and Saturdays at 1 pm. Kapaa is in an ideal location the island centrally located making it easy to get anywhere on the island.
Close to Everything...Street Burger is across the street with arguably the best burgers in town with a large craft beer selection. Also walk to Lava Lava that has nightly live music with outdoor beach seating. Trees is one of our favorites and right next to Lava Lava. Nightly Live Music there as well and more of a lively place with dancing many nights. Several other great places within walking distance including Coconut Marketplace.
Place is conveniently located within walking distance or biking of trails and shops/restruants. If traveling to other parts of the island you will want a car.

- Quiet hours: 10 PM - 8 AM. Please be mindful of noise levels at all times.
2. Occupancy Limit:
- Maximum guests allowed: [Specify the number based on your property capacity]. Unauthorized guests are not permitted.
3. Age Restriction:
- The primary guest must be at least 25 years old.
Check-In and Check-Out:
4. Check-In: After 4 PM.
5. Check-Out: By 10 AM.
- Late check-outs may incur an additional fee. Please contact us in advance for approval.
Smoking Policy:
6. Non-Smoking Property:
- Smoking, vaping, or the use of e-cigarettes is strictly prohibited indoors and on balconies. A $250 fee will apply for violations.
Pet Policy:
7. No Pets Allowed:
- For the comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted. Unauthorized pets will result in a fee and potential eviction.
Pool & Oceanfront Access:
8. Pool Hours:
- Open 8 AM - 9 PM. No lifeguard on duty—swim at your own risk.
9. Ocean Access:
- Follow posted safety guidelines for the beach. Do not leave children unattended.
Care for the Property:
10. Cleanliness:
- Please leave the property as you found it. Excessive cleaning may result in an additional fee.
11. Damage:
- Report any damages immediately. Unreported damage may result in a deduction from your security deposit.
12. Furniture:
- Do not rearrange furniture.
Prohibited Activities:

- Parties, gatherings, or events are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate eviction without refund.
14. Illegal Activities:
- Any illegal activity will be reported to authorities and result in immediate eviction.

- Do not remove linens or towels from the property.
16. Kitchen Use:
- Wash dishes and tidy up after use. Do not leave food or trash behind.
