Enjoy some beach therapy. Welcome to our Beachy~Coastal style home. Vaulted Ceilings, 2-bedroom, 1 bath, kid and pet friendly. Fully equipped kitchen for the Chef in you. Convection oven/ blenders/ toaster oven, etc. Great room with lots of windows, sofa, chairs, dining table, TV, beach chairs, umbrella and toys. Ocean views. Large patio deck and grill. Walking distance to beaches, shops, restaurants. Get a dose of vitamin sea. Located in the heart of Encinitas. Forbes', "Best Place to Travel 2023".

We walked into this vacation rental ready to have our first Thanksgiving by the beach. The townhouse was tastefully decorated and well equipped for our family of four. This two bedroom townhome had several sleep options that made it more like a three bedroom. The kitchen was fully functional, clean and fully equipped. One of our favorite areas was the balcony! Great for watching the sunset and playing cards. The beach was about a 15 minute walk three minute drive very accessible to have daily time at the beach. The town of Encinitas is full of wonderful shops and eateries! We went to lighthouse church on Sunday just a walk away from the townhouse what a wonderful community. Brooke was very attentive, and a wonderful, gracious host. We will definitely be back to visit this property when we are in SoCal , thank you Brooke for a thankful, cozy, peaceful, family Thanksgiving!

Encinitas Apartment

Cute little apartment with a balcony not far from Swami's Beach. Has everything you would need for a stay near the beach. It's about a 10-15 minute walk down to the beach or the downtown shops of Encinitas. Moonlight Beach is a bit of a further walk, but in 25 minutes or so, you'll be there. The owner communicated well and answered all questions in a timely manner. We heard the train at night but it didn't really bother us. Would love to stay here again if I get back in town!

I enjoy the beaches, sailing, cycling and camping. The beach gives me porpoise. I am a pet lover. I live in the Encinitas area. I enjoy being a part of the solution to our planet. The Green Home uses solar energy and recycles trash. The soaps, shampoos, tissue paper and paper towels provided for the guests will be recycled and distributed to the Encinitas homeless in need. The partially used amenities will help fight preventable diseases throughout the area. Consider yourself part of the solution. I have been a super host for over 15 years.
