This Custom-built home has Distressed wood style tile floors, granite counter tops, custom cabinetry, spacious double decks that overlook the ocean. Five bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, custom kitchen with barstool seating area, dining area, and living area with flat screen TV. Kitchen is fully equipped with high end stainless steel appliances; double ovens, dishwasher, microwave, and fridge.

Bedroom 2 has a queen bed with pillow top mattress and flat screen TV

Bedroom 3 has a queen bed with pillow top mattress, flat screen TV, and balcony access

Bedroom 5 is a "bunk room" including four twin beds with individual lights, outlet stations, and flat screen TV! Perfect for kids!

Two full bathrooms with granite counter tops and tub/shower combo on second level shared by the four secondary bedrooms
Parking level has outdoor covered seating area, outdoor hold/cold shower, and grill. Parking space for three cars and space to park and charge two golf carts.

Ocean Lakes is a family-oriented, 24-hour gated, security patrolled community with a multitude of amenities. It is located in Myrtle Beach and is the most complete oceanfront campground on the east coast. With nearly a mile of privately owned beachfront, it also features eight freshwater lakes great for fishing. Facilities on site in the campground include a heated indoor pool, an outdoor Olympic size pool and a brand-new full-size water park compete with kiddie area, lazy river, and slides. Golf cart rental is available on the premises. There are also three snack bars, an arcade with 80+ games, an outdoor theatre with scheduled events, playgrounds, basketball courts, shuffleboard courts, a miniature golf area, a recreation center with supervised activities for children, and a mile of beach all within the community grounds.
