We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront apartment. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and amazing ocean views, The apartment was clean, comfortable .The host was friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions. The entire experience was easy and enjoyable from beginning to end. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway.

Condo was a great spot for the price! Our 4 and 7 year old boys slept on the pull out sofa which worked great. Loved the decor and loved the big bed! Kids loved the kiddie pool and we loved the easy access to the beach! The lady that worked in the condo building store was very nice and helpful as well!

Great stay!

The room was the perfect size for 2 adults and 2 kiddos (ages 4 and 7)! The property was very well-maintained and right on the beach.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Top of the Gulf! The condo was clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location. The property itself is wonderful, and the staff were excellent throughout our visit. It’s the perfect spot for anyone looking for a peaceful, relaxing beach getaway!There were a few things worth mentioning for future guests. While the kitchen was functional, it was lacking some basic supplies. We ended up purchasing silverware and kitchen towels during our stay because there wasn’t a complete set available. If you plan on cooking, I would recommend checking what kitchen essentials are provided before arriving. Additionally, the listing advertised a dishwasher, but there was not one in the unit.We also reached out to RealJoy regarding the hurricane to ask whether there were any additional checkout procedures or precautions we needed to follow. Although we received a response, it unfortunately didn’t address our questions, which was a little disappointing given the circumstances.That being said, these were relatively minor inconveniences compared to the overall experience. We absolutely love The Top of the Gulf! The property is well-maintained, the staff are wonderful, and the location truly can’t be beat for a quiet beach vacation. We will definitely be back and look forward to making more memories here!

Weekend Stay at the beach

Very happy with the accomodations. Not much closet space to hand clothes, but manageable. Would definitely book again!

The condo was perfect for my adult daughter and I for the week. It was extremely clean, had pots and pans for all of our cooking needs, ample space in refrigerator and freezer. There was not a dishwasher and we had to keep up with filling the ice cube trays each night but no big deal. It was right on the beach with gorgeous views. We enjoyed the beach daily and pool. We were surprised to find a beach chair and umbrellas in the storage area as well as some toys and sand bucket. The location was convenient to everything, walking distance even, especially Hershey ice cream and pizza. I would stay here again. The resort had guaranteed parking for one vehicle which was piece of mind. The resort was quiet and very well maintained. Wonderful vacation!!

Great Stay

We really liked Top Of The Gulf. Our studio was just as described in the ad. Clean with a modern beach feel. Excellent view of the beautiful white sand beach and pool. Management went above and beyond our needs. The employees on the property were exceptional! I will definitely go through RealJoy again!

Amazing getaway

Beautiful place with an amazing view. Easy access and people in office were friendly. Only thing I would suggest is a headboard for the bed so your pillows don't keep falling on floor, and moving the bed and couch around. Other than that I would go again tomorrow! And recomwvryoen

FIRST TIME PERFECTION

This was the first time I have ever seen the beach and I am nearly 50 years old. This was also my grandson's 8th birthday present from us. The property was just as described and they went above & beyond to accommodate our requests. I have no complaints and will definitely book again. I already miss it!! Thank you!!

Clean & cute

This was a great property. It looks exactly like the pictures show. It was very clean and had great security. The only part I didn't care for was that we couldn't get more towels midweek and I wish somewhere it would have mentioned the bathrooms off of the lobby. We didn't find them until our last day & we're going all the way to our room from the pool or beach. So over all I give it a 9.5/10 and would stay there again!!

Room was nice but did have a mildew odor possibly from an old waterleak. I would suggest some plug ins for that perfect first impression

Girls' Trip

We loved the property. Our view was beautiful amd our stay was perfect! The only thing I would have changed was the coffee pot. We could not get it to work. The filters were odd shaped and the inside of the pot was very black. Otherwise, perfect. The coffee pot gave us a reason to go to Starbucks!

Top of the gulf

Overall is was just okay, I wouldn’t stay here again though. Our tv wasn’t working upon arrival. I advised them immediately, but didn’t receive a replacement tv until our trip was almost over. They replaced the tv while we were out and we came back to find a few nuts and bolts in our bed. Speaking of the bed it’s an old spring mattress that pops and creaks with two small flat pillows. The location and view was nice though.

Good, but not great.

The location was great. The cleanliness was not so great. And there was prior water damage that was not disclosed to me before arrival. The warped walls and use of an dehumidifier were my clues. When i asked the proprty mgt about it, they were quick to respond and even came out to check on it but did not give an update after they came on site. The kitchen was wonderful. You can tell they invested the upgrades. The bed was uncomfortable and it could hvae used a dresser of some sort. Great for a quick getaway, not so much for longer trips.

The facility was great! It was double red flags all but one day (NOT the property fault) so we didn’t get much beach time. The facility pool and game room made it still a fun trip.

Almost perfect. Hair dryer was missing. The sheets for the pull out bed were the wrong size. Other than that, it was fine. Clean room and the design was good.
