Very nice large house close to the beach. A lot of cute beach decor. Safe, secure and private neighborhood near all the attractions of PCB without the craziness.

Drove 6hrs to get there and had spoke with the host the day b4 who stated he would contact me with codes the day of checkin... Well he never cotacted me which resulted in me being on the phone, on hold waiting for a manager with VRBO to get an access code for over an hour.. House was not clean, floor and beds full of sand and dog hair. Had to wash bedding b4 we could go to sleep. Host finally called about 2 am stating he was sorry he forgot to call and his phone was dead in his pocket. Smh Location wasn't bad and we enjoyed the quiet gated neiborhood, but will rent beachfront from now own. Walk was too far to the beach due to another gated neiborhood between this one and beach.

Great, clean, affordable, family friendly

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything is pretty close. We loved there was a DG down the road that helped us mostly avoid going to Walmart during the busy 4th of July week. Super nice host who helped when we had any issues.

Great location but needs some maintenance

Lovely location with convent access. The pool was nice. Some electrical issues: bedrooms 2/3 the breaker kept kicking off with multiple in house devices, ice maker and freezer would not consistently stay on due to electrical issues and garage door chain had to be put on as it was not accessible. Decor was nice,

The property is much better than the photo. It’s in a quiet but enjoyable setting. We had an overwhelming amount of privacy. Only need extra blankets or thicker ones n sheets n cover for couch bed. Also pots are needed. Other than dat will definitely recommend to others. We will definitely choose this home again. Thanks to the property owner for allowing us to spend our time in ur home. We enjoyed every moment spent. I just love it. My grandkids enjoyed it also. Oh they said the tvs are to small
