Perfect location

This was a perfect location! We enjoyed our week. The views from the bathrooms of the master bedrooms and balcony’s were amazing. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very accommodating for our group.

Stunning property

Great beach house, great week.

This was the nicest property we’ve stayed at in the 5 years we’ve been going to the area. House was very clean and very comfortable with 9 people there. Every bedroom has its own bathroom which is very nice. The beach area is also close to perfect. No houses or condos on the lot along one side of the house so there’s a lot of beach area that is open. The big condos are down the beach away from this place as well. Definitely would book this place again without question. There are absolutely no negatives to it.

Nice place

We enjoyed our stay and how super close it is to the beach. Also very nice that it is away from high rises and less crowded. The elevator was nice, however, it was not in the listing and it made me nervous the entire time we were there with a 2 year old.

Beautiful Condo

This place is stunningly beautiful. The decor is so much nicer than the surrounding units . Everything you would need is provided. The only suggestion would be wi fi boosters for upstairs as the wifi tvs were weak. Other than that I give the place 5 stars and we will definitely be back

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have to say after 30 years of renting condo, houses and townhomes at the beach this rental topped them all. It was beautifully decorated and well thought out with everything you would want for your beach vacation rental. Since it was 3 stories it was wonderful to have a private elevator in the home.The beautiful white sand beach was a short walk out the back of the townhouse and wasn't crowded since there are only 5 units in the complex. I had a couple of issues pop up during my stay the Blue Swell staff answered my texts promptly and the issues were addressed quickly. After my vacation rental experience I will use them for my beach vacation rental next year.

Convenient and very nice townhome

This townhome was extremely well renovated. The living space and kitchen located on the main level with two additional levels. Each bedroom level had a master and a bunk room. Both master bedrooms had a beautiful tub overlooking the beach. This is the ideal place to stay for two families who each want a master bedroom and a separate kid room. The walk out to the beach couldn’t be more convenient. We had two very young children and had to pop in and out for nap times and really couldn’t have made it work any other place. Even our baby monitor reached to the beach. The appliances were extremely nice; however, they were a German brand that is not very intuitive. We had to google how to use the oven and stove, which isn’t a big deal just added to the wait time of preparing our first meals. If the property manager added a quick tip guide im sure users would appreciate it.

Adult Friendly but not Family Friendly

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is in a great location. While the decor is stunning there is a lot of it - on end tables, bathroom vanities, coffee tables, etc. If you have children with you, there would be too much temptation and way too many breakables. Our main concern on our stay was the lack of curtains/blinds especially in two of the bathrooms. And yes, we checked, you can see everything occurring in the bathrooms from the beach when the lights are on in the bathroom, and it is dark outside. If you want a stunner of a property located just steps from the beach and are not concerned with privacy in the bathroom, this property is for you. If you have small or rambunctious children and/or like to keep your bathroom activities private, this is not the property for you.

Amazing Details!! Amazing Unit!!!

Came here to stay on the beach for a few days with my family and parents. We found exactly what we were looking for...a place where we can walk right out on the beach from the back porch and a place where we didn't have to worry about dealing with any parking/elevator issues. This was especially important for us because we have a young baby so the convenience of running back and fourth from the house and beach is everything. But then we were surprised by the level of details inside of this newly refurbished townhome. It is hard to see the scope of detail in the pictures so the only way to experience it is to see it yourself. It took us half a day of just looking at different areas of the house to notice all the details. This place has built-ins everywhere, every bathroom is very nice with a great walk-in shower, amazing fans, light fixtures, custom ceilings all over, top notch appliances, and a very well stocked kitchen. We did have a very minor maintenance issue that was addressed immediately so we were very happy with our stay and would recommend this place 100%!

This property is nice but be prepared because there is decor EVERYWHERE. I mean EVERYWHERE. About 80% should be paired down. There’s just no where to put your own things. For a place that sleeps 14, there’s zero places to put groceries. No pantry, no empty drawers or cabinets…nothing. But if you need 48 placemats…this is your place!! The appliances are another deal. They are European and so difficult to work. We had to YouTube instructions. Ovens are tiny and don’t cook well. It’s a place that feels like it wasn’t meant to be a rental property but instead a place only for the owners use. Only 2 parking spots for a place that sleeps 14 and there is no other parking close. Was told we could park at a public lot and the closest, with traffic, was about 20-30 mins away. So for that to work, you have to take the driver 20-30 min to their car and then they drive back 20-30 min to pick up the other people that couldn’t fit in the 2 cars on property and then go wherever you want. Then reverse it to drop the car back off at the public lot. Huge issue. The parking alone would keep me from staying here again. No curtains or shades in bathroom facing the beach so you put on a free live show for everyone on the beach each time you shower. Again….this is a nice place. Just wanted others to know the limitations.

Yes there is a lot of decor around but the decor makes the unit! We just moved things around and out of reach from little hands. We loved it so much that rebooked for next year before we left! We can see this unit accommodating our growing family for many years!A few thoughts: Blue Swell is wonderful to work with. We had a couple of minor issues which were quickly resolved.The appliances were interesting but we mastered them with help from the Blue Swell electronic guest book. The unit is well furnished and made our stay feel extra special.Storage is a little tight; however there is overflow space in the laundry room/half bath. Our takeaway on groceries for next year will be to place 2 grocery orders instead of having the full week of groceries delivered on Day 1.The deck on this unit is hands down the best out of the 5 units. We loved having both a seating area and a table. The seating is a little worn and will need to replaced soon - we hope the owners keep the same style. We also loved the ability to leave our beach chairs, tents, toys etc. under the deck.For parking, we were a bit frustrated with our neighbors. We followed the rules for 2 cars only and actually paid to park our extra vehicle at PCB’s Public Parking. Throughout the entire week at least 2 and sometimes 3 cars were parked behind us making it difficult for us to come and go. We actually had to ask for a large vehicle to be moved so we could get out for our dinner reservation. These cars would have been a problem in the event of an emergency. I recommend this area be clearly marked for loading/unloading only - no extended/overnight parking and that it be monitored.Finally a shout out to Baby’s Away. Erica delivered a baby bed with sheets, etc., high chair, monitor and sound machine to our unit in advance of our arrival. She worked directly with
