This is a ‘no shoes’ place on carpet, we have a nice brand-new carpet, and we want to keep the unit hypoallergenic for your health and your enjoyment!

There is a bike rack outside, just bring your own key chain or we recommend the following shops to rent: Bentonville: Phat Tire and Spoke by the Square. Rogers: Oz Bike Fit.

LONG TERM EXTRA CLEANING FEE (MORE THAN 3 WEEKS)
Dear guest, I am so glad you are staying long term! I will strive to make you feel comfortable in your new home away from home.
For long term guests, we will charge in advance an extra $75 fee that will be paid to our dedicated Cleaning Crew after your check out.
However, we have good news for you! If you kindly leave the unit with a ‘normal cleaning condition, this extra fee will be refunded 3 days after your check out. Note: A ‘normal cleaning condition’ means that our crew will take the average of 3 hours to clean, more than that time they charge me extra per hour spent.
This long-term cleaning charge will be requested after your booking. We don’t need to explain further since we know you understand this, and will take good care of the house as if it was yours! Thanks for that!

I live only 20 minutes away and am on call if you need me, during working hours, however you can contact me at any time if there is an emergency with the premises.

Parking: This is a private and quiet townhome with private parking lot, there is space for 2 cars. Enjoy parking at the doorstep of the property and walk to the trails, museums and downtown.

Check in and out: The self-check-in and check-out is seamless. All you must do is retrieve or leave the key in the lockbox! The code will be texted on arrival day.

There are commercial grade bike racks outside, but you can also leave your bicycle inside the unit by the entry door (limit two bikes inside). We kindly ask you to clean/wash them in our Bike Wash Station before getting them inside the unit. Thanks for understanding, we know your bikes are important to you as my property is important to me. So, we can have a win-win.

Choose to dine out at the multiple restaurants nearby or enjoy a meal at “home” on the modern dining room, seating for 4. The large kitchen with full size appliances, electric stove, large fridge and freezer, toaster, microwave, ground coffee dripping machine, and all the utensils needed to cook will make cooking delightful. Also, sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil, ground coffee, English tea, and aluminum foil are supplied. Cleaning items are also available such as laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, multipurpose cleaner and paper towels.

This modern bathroom provided with toilet paper (3 rolls) enough to give you time to go to the Neighborhood Market located only 5 blocks away, 2-in-1 shampoo, body wash, handwash, tissue paper and air freshener. We also supply one bath towel, hand towel, and wash cloth per guest. If you need more, please bring extra or ask me in advance for added accommodations. This will help keep low cleaning fees. Remember if you need more just let us know in advance.
For any other items, enjoy being just blocks away from the Walmart Neighborhood Market.
