Dining room features a large dining table to seat a family comfortably and opens to the living space. Living room has beautiful beach views from the sliding glass doors and a new sectional couch. Access the 1st floor porches from the living room and primary bedroom.

The primary bedroom features a luxurious memory foam KING BED, closet and ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom offers a twin over full bunk bed with a twin sized trundle and a Smart TV. Hall bath is a full bath with a walk in shower. This condo has everything you need including: smart televisions, wifi, cable, linens/towels and more. Surfside 109 is perfect for a family getaway! Plenty of amenities for all ages.

The pool area features a large heated swimming pool and kiddie pool.

While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours, we recommend you bring or buy additional toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters as needed.

We happily rent to guests 25 years and older.
