Terrible experience
Owner failed to return any communication in the week prior to our stay. She charged the wrong dollar amounts and never explained why when asked repeatedly. Charged our card a day early without our permission. Once we got to the condo it was not as described. Instead of having one queen bed and 2 twins as advertised, it had 2 queen beds which did not accommodate our family. Toilet was obviously unclean. One tv remote was missing and the other had been chewed by an animal and was unusable. The blinds in the master were broken and hanging off. We immediately messaged the owner with these concerns and after she denied receiving the previous weeks messages about the charges (we sent her screen shots to prove our attempted communications), she would not respond. She did not apologize or offer any solutions for her mistakes. She would not respond at all throughout our entire stay and meanwhile my son had to sleep on a pillow pallet on the floor for the duration of our trip because he had no bed. This was the worst stay we’ve had using VRBO.
